I’m 12 and mine is like getting hit with a baseball in my chest but I’m laying down for a bit and it feels like it’s getting better

I just started getting chess pain this has been going on for 2 days on top of that I haven't been able to sleep well only get like 3 hours of sleep now

I'm 14 and I have chest pain sometimes when I take deep breaths. I get them normally when I bathe, because you know when you shower in hot water, and of course you'll close the door, it get stuffy. This is when I get some chest pain. I think it's because of my workout. Sometimes when I'm having flu I still continue running. Or maybe because I push myself too much? Or is it my breathing?

When I Breath Heavily, it feels like my heart is burning and getting punched and i cant sleep for at least 5 hours i have anxiety of me dienig, Its been going on for 2 days now and i have trouble brething, I wonder if one day it will stop, but feel like its not.

I’m 20 years old, I’m getting really bad chest pains right in the middle of the chest. I don’t smoke or drink. I’m a female. I lost my appetite on Sunday 20th March 2022 I’m scared to go to the doctors and check it out cause of my anxiety. I’m so scared right now. I feel like this is only happening to me.

At a park I was sitting on monkey bars, after a few seconds I wanted to get down, so I lifted my self with my arms while I’m up in the air my body weight transferred forward and I was about to fall on my knees so I kept holding my self up in the air with my arms and my chest just started to feel a squeezing type of pain and I’ve been dealing with this pain for a week but day by day it gets better. Hey doc, for perhaps over a week now ive been getting pains in the right hand side of my chest, and occasionally other locations. Sometimes its mild, not enough for me to even say "ouch", but sometimes its really frustrating. It tends to come on later during the day. I do sit down a lot, my occupations are drawing, writing, and making music, so its a fair bit of sitting, but I do regularly move around, perhaps around town or during long breaks at college. I also do regular leg excersize during the evenings for 5 minutes a day. The pain started during a project for college as I began overworking myself, causing great stress. I had other physical signs of stress, like breakouts and headaches. I dont get pain when breathing in heavily, and I am unsure if medecine helps with the pain. It's been causing me great stress for a while now and it is a catalyst for causing more stress.

So, here's the thing. I experience a very tight chest, to the point where it's very difficult for me to even breathe. My heart rapidly beating, it just feels like I'm going to die. My chest pains from inside whenever it's cold,,I feel that it's cold inside starting from the throat to the chest itself and it pains, sometimes when the cold is too much I feel like it's expanding to an extent where it hit the lungs then produce a certain sound like "tic"then it goes back,,it will do like that untill I take hot water and cover my mouth and nose for me to inhale warm air for the chest to be warm,,,,,what could be the problem it started back in 2016 untill now,,,I have been using just painkillers and hot water

I had the same personally why I did is taking baths with some kind muscle ease bath soap I did this frequently this reduced the pain. I also practiced my breathing by inhaling and exhaling slowly this really helped to decrease the pain

The middle of my chest sometimes hurts. Example when im lying down and im on my side, when my chest squeezes inward in hurts. I've been getting a pain in the left hand side of my chest on and off for months (since september last year) and it often goes into my left arm and has shooting pains all the way down. I went to the doctors when it first started, they did an ecg scan, blood test and checked blood pressure etc and all was fine and they made it clear it was nothing to do with my heart. I kept having the pain maybe once a month for a few hours at a time but just thought nothing of it and let it go on its own, however recently this month I've had it multiple times and last weekend I went the hospital for it, they did the same thing as the first time (ecg scan etc) and just said its not my heart but they still do not know what it is. I take nerofen and paracetemol but it normally doesn't help. This whole pain didn't feel muscular since the beginning however I do work out and started lifting weights nearly 2 months ago. Last night it also seemed to have gotten a lot more painful than ever before and it also hurts when I breathe in and out now which makes me think its muscular but I just really don't know anymore and feel so lost. I can't stand the pain any longer. I decided I'm not going to go the gym for a couple days at least and see if that helps. The doctors also mentioned the acid thing which it could have been (due to foods I've ate) however each time the pain comes i've had different foods before it started which confused me further and makes me think it couldn't be that.. Please someone help I'm begging

Then did the other tests Echo, treadmill test and holter monitor test. All were normal. But still I have this more than 6months. What could this be and should I be worried about this ?
