hi everyone! today's video is a productive week in my life as a dental hygiene student. this week was pretty busy so I wasn't able to film too much, but it's a good example of how crazy things can be. I also show how I have been studying recently and what I do to take notes. everyone is different so find what works best for you! thank you for watching!

I’m starting my dental hygiene school in the fall of this year, I’m exited and nervous at the same time but I’m putting God first and put all effort and time into it. How long was the program for you? Mine is apparently 21 months.

Dental Hygiene school is hard, no way around it. But it’s soooo rewarding in the end. Looking back (16 years now 😳) and I would do it all over again!

30 plus years out. It’s not rewarding. At all. It’s hard. You will have back or neck issues wait n see. And you will have cookie bite hearing loss. It’s awful.

Hi 👋🏻 I’m applying to a dental hygiene program for fall 2023. I was in a nursing program and than realized it wasn’t for me. I know nothing is “easy” but do you think DH is a lot better than nursing school?

I think they’re both equally hard! my boyfriend is in nursing school so we have been able to compare/contrast a lot. you have to know a lotttt for nursing but I think they’re pretty similar

For me, it’s trying to find patients that meet my school’s standards for requirements and stressing out 24/7 because none of my patients seem to meet those requirements

definitely struggled with this as well. switching with classmates who maybe don’t need those requirements or telling the front desk helps with that sometimes!

I have worked the whole time being in hygiene school! I work at a coffee shop and am able to get 15-25 hours a week at my job. I also have a lot of different club involvement and am still able to work.

God initiated everything, and he redo too, and it is evident. this life is temporary while the next is forever eternal either in paradise or burning in Hell fire good qualities are beneficial, and bad qualities are harmful So be a better person/human always &try to do more good always for God sake and refrain from doing any evil or sin, and worship only God alone whom got no mother & no father &no son and is one not two nor three nor more always remember him and be mindful of him and worship him in the way he wants. You know one of the best good deeds a person can ever do is teaching people useful things or a useful skill 🙂 or caring for another person an elderly parent a wife/husband or a child or an ill person, or protecting an innocent person, Also spreading this message and not letting it stop with you

Hi! When do you think is too late to apply to dental hygiene school? I am about to be 26 when I apply and finish my prereque I will be probably 28 and when I got accepted and finish i will be 30 do you think is too late?

I think it’s never too late! You will turn 30 regardless. Why not be a 30 year old hygienist? You got this!
