Jesse! I agree. I think moving this over like a car door to get in and out and can be used for storage. It would be amazing to have both sides. I would love to have a spot for my dog and an option for another dog (I actually have two, but one hates rides) or other things like groceries.

I can see this trike working on small islands like Culebra and other small islands like that so long as adequate charging networks are installed and not ones run off diesel generators.

I visited the factory last November. Talked with a couple of workers at the roll-up gate at the AMP, very friendly. Drove over to the RAMP but they had just bought it and it was still a complete dump. As a shareholder, I'm disappointed how quiet Arcimoto has been for the last year and Gali isn't talking either. And they're only doing 6 a day? Sandy Munro helped them, he must be spinning in his future grave that Mark & co can't pull the cork out of that factory.

The thing I don't like about bikes, the seat. Seems like the mean lean machine is an opportunity to improve that aspect. 🤔

Crazy timing. CEO is out. How will this impact the business?

The range for the Roadster is taken out of context. Only has 32 mi range @ 70 mph, 66 mi @ 55 mph and 100 mi range in city driving. This is straight from Arcimoto's website. Just asking for accuracy here. I am all for EV's in every form, just don't mislead people.

If the FUV were selling as fast (pre-orders) as Tesla, they too would be looking at industrial manufacturing capacity solutions instead of what they have been growing organically up to this point.

I just did a preorder for the FUV with doors. I would love to get the dog side car then it could b a BARKamoto! I live in Maryland and they haven't come to this market yet. I do ride a motorcycle and have always wanted a cover/roof/ sides so I can ride my moto to work in all types of weather. Can't wait! been looking at ev's but this is more affordable.

7:35 - For Amazon delivery, you'd absolutely want a Deliverator with a roof over your head and (soon) doors.

you should experience velomobiles. going like 40-45mph without any motor is a crazy experience, records in the flat are around 80mph top speed, or around 775miles a day for women. 250 watt input is enough for 45mph in the flat.

Interesting. I was a bit disheartened to hear Arcimoto will (apparently) do business with China, not just because I would not want to support China in any way, but also because from a business perspective, doing business with China might not turn out well in the long term.

a small bus or truck passing you at 50km/hr will adversely affect your bike with the roof, seeing how light it is. Its a serious safety issue.

speaking of ebike safety. 08:13 if one is not a biker he would use an electric e bike or a motorbike like a sofa. just sitting on it , watching a road trip movie but NOT REALLY paying attention to the road underneath. which you should do all time!. (also backmirror, back left and back right ,every 5ish seconds. (and actively look for dangers coming) if you don't, well that's when accidents happen. 3:22 look how close he is to the side with the wheel. (things like this) motorbikes, ebikes etc ARE NOT SOFAS, you need to turn on your radars (eyes, brain, ears, ...) all the time. and use them !!! 5sec CHECK, 5sec CHECK, 5sec CHECK. that must become second nature. dangers to look for: bumps, holes, sand, wet surface, rocks, leaves, moss, things laying on the road, manholecovers, the white lines (wet can be slippery), cars from sideroads, cars crossing your road, cars overtaking you,... ALL of this you must actively search and make sure, you see them in time when they come your way. IF NOT, you risk a crash. be safe everyone!!!! edit: adding a 3rd wheel or a more comfortable seat position might give you a FEELING OF SAFETY but it won't eliminae the dangers mentioned above. so that can be a false impression and makes you check even less. just be safe at the beginning and practice. over time, with more hours on the clock, you will (hopefully) do those checks automatically.

I'm in my 50s and I think would be in their target demo. Imo, they're all ugly and awkwardly designed. Maybe they'll improve in time but I'm not impressed.

My outlook for this company is poor. I fear that this device has a Segway-sized problem. It answers the question “what if a Harley had training wheels?” It is trying hard to say “No we’re not dorky. We are bad-ass.” The result is that it is too dorky AND too macho for everyone. I wonder if it’s prospects would be better if it had a sleek futuristic styling?
