We used Color Genomics, two people $398. Name changed and probably price too? Genetic Counseling was useless.

I submitted a sample 3 separate times and received nothing in return. This is the response they sent me: Our laboratory has received your second saliva sample, but unfortunately they were not able to analyze it sufficiently to meet our quality standards. The laboratory made multiple attempts to analyze your sample but were unable to extract sufficient DNA. We're sorry to hear that your second sample failed analysis. Due to biological variability, some people don't have a high enough concentration of DNA in their saliva for our technology to process. There are no known steps that will increase your likelihood of receiving results from a third analysis attempt. You may have better luck with a different company or with a different type of sample.
