I was in Vancouver, Canada before, kahit napaka liwanag ng araw along the side walk lang makikita hayag na humihitit ng shabu mga tao, laganap ang krimen sa kalye dahil sa mga adik. Kaya kahit papaano ok pa rin kayo dyan sa Pinas.
Its better to show them pictures especially of modern Philippines like the high rise builaings of Maka8 BGC or Rockwell, the heitage Intramuros,the scenic rice terraces, the Mall of Asia etc.....

You have asked people who have little knowledge about the nation and country. You should have skipped interviewing people who knew too little about the Philippines. First question to ask should have been: Have you ever been to the Philippines? How long? If the answer is no, skip him politely and ask another person the same questions.
