Can relate to these feelings so much! We just have to take everything a day at a time - that’s what I have been trying to do. Good job on the couch to 5K the kids seem to be enjoying all the time with you both ❤️ can’t get over how much River looks like a mini Bethany! You thought they both looked like Daniel but River is honestly getting more and more like Bethany every day. Take care guys loving the videos as always ❤️ xxx

I'm so glad that things are working out better than you thought in the previous video. We will all get through this. At least the sun is around most days to brighten things up. Bethany, I feel like you too. I try to limit what i read on social media and never watch any news broadcasts. I have been spending any spare time reading and colouring. I find it really helps me having something to focus on. All take care and look forward to seeing you all again soon x

I love how Cove and River interact with each other chatting away. Brings back memories of when mine were younger. We did the couch to 5k last summer and felt so much better for it but need to get back into it! Do feel for you Bethany with your eye - things like that can really get you down with so much else going on too. Hope you can get it sorted and feel more yourself again.

I can relate. A few days ago I was feeling quite overwhelmed and the feelings that I had been pushing down about everything going on came to the surface. You are right - it’s exhausting just being stressed and worried about the uncertainty of everything. Even though the pace of life has slowed, my mind has been in over drive for weeks on end. My kids are the same age as yours and I would love to just soak up all of this extra time with them-and I am - but I wish I could do it without the stress and worry 💕. Reach out if you need a chat or to just unload !

Been watching this channel since Zoë and Alfie shouted you out in the video a longgg time ago and I’m so grateful they did but thinking about how much the kids have grown is amazing and their little personalities are reflecting so well on you guys, well done on your beautiful little family! You will get through this rough patch so just think of the positives of spending quality time with the kids that you wouldn’t have had otherwise!

I have been working part time and watching vlogs on RU-vid and doing lots of crafts and going on lots of walks to distract myself as much as possible. Stay positive guys it will hopefully be better soon. 💖 prayers

Keeping busy definitely helps me and my mental health out too Bethany, but also just remember you're allowed to have days where you worry and question everything. This is a time where we are trying to keep things going for the kids too and I think sometimes that's hard to do! I have 3 girls and 2 also have the added bonus of schoolwork. We are only doing an hour or two a day though because I don't want them to feel loads of pressure to get it all done. I think the both of you are doing your best and supporting each other greatly and the kids look like they are making amazing memories with you's as well 😀 As Dory would say, just keep swimming 🐠

I’m a key worker and live alone - the excitement I see when I get I notified you have a new uploaded video always give me a little buzz of excitement. Although my job isn’t what my education is (photography and film) I really understand you guys, you really are doing all you can. ❤️. Just wanted to say you are doing great and your videos help me though this lonely time when I’m home. Xxx stay strong 💪🏼

Firstly, Bethany, you look gorge! Secondly, I had the same feelings as you. I had a massive cry about it once (that was my release... It felt great haha) and since then life's just kind of got on. We don't have kids but I am pregnant so that's been a bit of a worry at the moment, and although we are safe and our situation is a bit different to yours, I still understand the worry and the stress you're going through. You guys are doing great though and your kids are so cute and obviously happy ☺️

Aw Bethany you wee soul! Hopefully the doctor can give you some advice! Also I agree that the novelty is wearing off and I feel as if we probably all need to hit that stage to take it serious and get out the other side! Loving seeing the kids grow! X

The amount of times I merrily open the dishwasher in the morning to get a clean bowl out and I'm greeted with a rank stinking dishwasher 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ ALWAYS forget to turn the bloody thing to go. Feel your pain!
