honestly if they are interviewing for a judge position, I don't think their personal opinions matter much. what matters is having them going through their previous decisions and making sure they can enforce the law despite personal opinions.

Judges are supposed to be appointed for their knowledge expertise and ability to uphold the law and constitution, regardless of any personal influences. I guess Mr Kennedy doesn’t realize this. So judges have to share HIS personal opinions to be qualified?
