I loved the single wide❤there were some cosmetic changes I would make but nothing major, I didn't think the price was bad for the quality you get. Thanks for showing!
Agreed! Single level with wider doors and a well thought out arrangement for better space and room for even wheelchairs would be nice and handrails in places other than stairs!

There is a kitchen sink as well. We believe that is intended to be a bar type sink because it is at the pass through window out to the deck. This video was done at Affordable Homes in Defuniak FL at a sales lot. A few days later we went to the manufacturer Chariot Homes. They have the same model but it has the laundry room. The manufacturer remembered selling that particular model to the dealer and they too were puzzled why they got the unit without a laundry. However they do offer them in case the home is placed in a park with a community laundry. We have three videos up about our trip to the manufacturer. You should check them out!
