What do YOU think of Maddie Ziegler's Dance Evolution? 

I don't care if people hate on this comment. People always criticize Maddie for being the favorite and make it look like she had it easier. NO, SHE HAD TO WORK HARDER THAN EVERYONE ELSE. Abby was all about perfection and Maddie always had to step up to be the leader and be the example, she had no chance to mess up. While the others went home she was at the studio taking more classes. She even had to perform twice at the time Abby wanted to win two different competitions. She was the one who wanted to succeed the most.

My favourite was Brynn who came in to the show so happy and enthusiastic. Unfortunately at the end of the season she looked pale, stressed and unhappy because adults thought it fun to bully her

The producers probably made her say that bratty stuff in the interviews or they edited it.

Maddie has always been my favorite dancer .....since day one, at first it was like "she's so pretty....she's prescious" but she started growing and developing as a dancer and performance so I became invested. I'm SO incredibly proud of her....I'm literally barely 1 year older than her but she's an inspiration. (I knew the names of all the dances and the songs.....lol)

I didn't like this dance evolution video because it not only ONLY showed stuff from dance moms, it only showed stuff from a 3 year period. Her dancing has evolved so much since she left dance mom and it seems weird that non of it is included in a video titled Maddie Ziegler's dance evolution.

My favorite dancer was Kalani. She always had so much confidence in her dances and didn't really pick on the other girls on the team.

I feel like if Abby hyped Maddie and her dancing was at around Nia’s level, then I’d be a little skeptical, but since Abby’s hyped Maddie and Maddie is actually an undeniably good dancer, then I can’t be mad at this. Maddie is really, really good, and her facial expressions are priceless.

You should do a reaction to Kendall’s dance evolution bc people always have a lot to say about her dancing

Chloe was my fav!! She seems to be so sweet and humble & her technique is really beautiful. She’s a treat to watch. She always supported her teammates, despite always having to prove herself and be pitted against Maddie.

OOOOOH! you should react to one of Brookes solos or something because I thought she was amazing too but didn't get the credit she deserved because she was the oldest.

I will say this. Some of Maddie's bratty moments are fake. Also the other girls have also had bratty moments(Kenzie, Nia, Kendall, etc). Also Maddie really doesn't have any real bratty moments off camera Just my opinion btw. I was saying this because nobody ever talks about the other girls bratty moments. Like Nia's season 4 interview saying Sarah can only do acro. Another example, the girls bullying jojo in the Ireland video and off camera. None of the girls are perfect and have all made mistakes. Not just Maddie.

My mom and I would joke that anytime Maddie had a solo and she rolled on the floor that she was going to win. And just about every time she did win. I think there was one time where she didn’t. But it was just a fun joke. I think Maddie is one of the most talented dancers I’ve watched. I was always a fan of paige and brooke.

When he said Maddies back was arched in her turns the first thing that came to mind was her posture is getting bad because of Kendal😂😂😂

Maddie is the best becuase many people wants to see maddie loose and maddie was being promoted while the other moms are jelous so they are telling that they planned that to make them jelous but why did chloe got some parts if it was planned

When anybody watches the full witches of east canton, like the 2 or 3 min long version, when you stop when all of the girls are jumping, maddie’s jump is the highest and looks the best compared to the others. But she was also never really bratty either tho. The show made her look more bratty and wanty then she actually was.

The vulture dance was a powerful dance. Nia and Maddie had a awesome duet in the beginning. I would love a reaction to that one.

I really loved Nia! I think the evolution of when she was first on in the first season until the last was really good, because you could see her confidence level rise up.

He is dose right about what he said about Maddie, right on ! Her technique is doing amazing and so is her emotions, she is an exceptional entertainer! I love her dancing because of that ! She just keeps getting better in my opinion, like his! I was a professional dancer until my accident! I remember maddies ballet solo and I actually thought that Chloe should have been given the ballet solo as she was better at ballet and it was her forte.

I love how Maddie would put 110% in to anything. Whether it was a competition or just the reunion. You can tell in the group dances too, some of the other girls aren’t trying as hard but Maddie is.

Maddie wasn’t really my favorite dancer during dance moms until the end but I feel like you are the only person I’ve seen react to her that gave her credit for the work and effort she put in to be so good at what she does. I admire that. Most people just say she was spoiled or favored unfair but there is always another side to that statement.

I know she was only in it briefly but Asia was my favourite to watch dancing - she would just make you smile.

1.) I wish Chloe had accepted the Joffrey Scholarship 2.) Thank god Sofia Lucia left the show- she has become an amazing ballet dancer 3.) I think the goal became for a lot of the girl about being a performer, not a dancer- so technique became neglected and it shows in the end of the series. It’s not bad per se, but like that’s why dance requires you to be in class 6 days a week as a professional. 4.) Nia’s evolution is my favorite 5.) I think Mackenzie’s dancing is amazing for what she wants to do professionally (hip hop singer) but her other styles have suffered yet that’s ok cuz she’s not pursuing a dance career.

Maddie WAS NOT a brat The producers were telling her what to say and wouldn’t let her leave until she said it and if u don’t believe me then just check out an interview at season 6 ( I think ) that Abby said that in the first seasons the producers were telling Maddie what to say!! What I want to say is don’t hate at Maddie the producers just wanted to make her look like a brat. In my opinion she is fantastic and she was never a brat ... she will always be my favorite

She had SO many that I cant remember all the names. But my fav was the one she did in dedication to her Grandmother where she was like an angel, i loved when she fluttered her hands like wings. The wole problem for me was that i got so used to seeing her every single time and always so reliable that i found myself paying more attention to others, watching then for mistakes or successes especially in group dances...I also loved the very last tap routine she did on dance moms, that was the only time tap held my attention longer. I have seen this vlog before but it was way back.

My favorite dancer at first was Maddie because of how much emotion she had in her dances and they gave me literal chills. She also has amazing technique and you can tell she really loves it. Then kalani came I instantly fell in love. She has amazing control and when she got a perfect score on that one solo the hairs on my neck stood up and I loved it so much.

Maddie is a good dancer, if you really watch she does the same moves in every dance just in a different order. You should do Page. Maddie falls out of turns all the time. But don’t get me wrong the girl is talented

Maddie is an amazing dancer but she was good because Abby gave her loads of opportunity’s and didn’t really give the others chances so then she had a bit more experience

Maddie always was my favorite, she even inspired me to put more effort and work harder on dancing. I see why Abby loved her so much, I clearly see. Technique is pretty good, working hard, passionate, also Maddie appreciated every chance, corrected mistakes, listened to Abby. I love her so much as a dancer and as a person

Haven’t finished your video but my fave Maddie solo was the Lizzie Borden one because it was very Maddie but also just showcases her range of acting and she dances that Lizzie Borden dance with so much power. Honestly I love all of Maddie’s dancing. Have you seen her dance combo to the song “wasn’t me?” Ommmmmggggggg if you haven’t see it... you have to watch it... it’s from sometime this year lol you feel Maddie’s heart when she dances... just like what Abby always used to say.... it’s sad that there isn’t contact between the Ziegler’s and Abby. Can’t wait to see what you’re gonna react to next

Maddie used to be my favorite, and I think as far as the OG competition team goes, she is the best, but Kalani is my fav hands-down. I was trained in Vaganova method at a classical ballet studio and one thing that has always driven me nuts about the competition dancers on Dance Moms is the lack of solid ballet technique, which is SO essential for virtually any style of dance. Kalani is the only girl on the team who has that foundation. She was trained at Master Ballet Academy in Arizona and you can see that proper ballet training shine through in her extensions, feet, posture, and turnout. That solid foundation married with her God-given talent makes her the clear best ALDC dancer to me. I would love to see a video on her!

I remember after she worked with sia her facial expressions became even more amazing! It was sad to watch her slowly burn out towards the end of the show. I hate that things between Abby isn't great anymore but at the same I understand why she was so done with everything. Also hope she and Chloe one day reconnect. Ps-by burn out I just mean dancing with the group. She will always have a passion for dance. I'm excited about seeing her in West side story!

I’m trying to write a fictional story about dancers, and when you give the girls corrections and compliments about their dancing, it helps me know how to describe the way the dancers in my story are supposed to move their body, and how it can be executed incorrectly. Maddie I was and is a lovely dancer. It just annoyed me that she was shoved down our throats and was always lead and front and centre. The other girls hardly got a look in

I wish you could make a Kalani video. She was my favourite, her technique her legs and feet were perfect, but I don't really illike the lastest things I've seen of her, you know at the tour they did. And I agree, Maddie is the living proof that working hard makes you a better dancer even better than the ones who have perfect body, flexibility and tourn out.

regarding your sharing of passion and emotion, imagine if the love from a teacher touched each and every dancer, wow the joy in their hearts would I am sure radiate into their dancing and there be an abundance of talented students in the studio. Imagine if each dancer was given choreography that shone their strong points/talent, the studio would get positive attention for treating each student with compassion, understanding and respect, at the least worked on the dancers potential, for example Chloe in the dance A Little Girl Reaching Out- doing the I believe the leg hold turn, it could have been her thing but from what I heard because she did not do it well that one time it was taken from her. How can someone grow to their true potential while mentally been held down in great apart via emotional abuse, tearing down a dancer, their family, their raising etc. Outright shameless favouritism has been proven to create so much damage, so sad. I am proud of all the dancers :)

I realized Maddie knew her weakness so well. I was bored one night and graded all of her solos I could find and I never realized that she was lacking in turn out until then. Abby taught Maddie how to hide it. I noticed when she was coaching a mini ( who she saw Maddie in) and she taught her how to cheat a turn I think to where you couldn’t tell her turnout was lacking and I realized Maddie did that. Her tour jete was a perfect jump for her because she could turn her hip to smfacd the ground. Her a la seconds was good but I did realize she’s also showed the top of her thigh or her legs was slightly cheated to the front. Also you notice she doesn’t do side passé because of the turn out too. Her turn out isn’t bad by any means but it’s what I saw was her weakness if I had to chose one.

One of my favorite dances was the in the earlier seasons, well I have 2, well I have a lot, but one is the contemporary called "Where have the children gone". This was when the Hylands were still there. I thought it was great because there really was no music and the girls had to dance and act with it. It was such a chilling dance. I'm actually a Chloe and Nia fan but I love watching Maddie dance for all of the reasons you give as well. My niece danced and I went to several competitions to watch her. She gives a lot of emotion with her dancing also and is very good. I loved the Orange is the new Black dance and also one that they did with a fence but I can't remember the name of that one. I more enjoyed the dances they girls did when they were older but that was after the Zeigler's left. They were more mature with both the themes and their technique. Some of my favorites were the dance they did when Kalani got her driver's license to "Chasing Stars" and especially the Suicide Hotline dance. I also loved the last dance they did which was "Finding Hope". I thought Abby and Giana were really showing their true choreographic talent in those last episodes. I do like your videos. I would hope that you would do some on the dancers from SYTYCD Next Generation and DWTS Jr from this first season. I would love to see JT, Sage, Ryleee, Elliana, etc dance journey.
