I guess you are looking at the arrow in the centre of the knob. U need to look at two diametrically opposite white solid arrows on the outer periphery of the rotary knob. Here the two white solid arrows (which are pointing inward) are set to 25degrees. And about the 15 degrees which you are mentioning , the audio says that 15 deg will be selected in a scenario of single engine . Hope it helps .
