I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE THINKING. "Chris, you're going to end this cycle heavier than when you started it, given the fact you're essentially just eating your way across Japan." And you may well be right. But for the record, I started the cycle at 79kg two weeks ago, and as off this morning (Fri 26th October) I weighed in at 77kg! With that in mind, I've earned this ramen. BUT WILL I LOSE MORE WEIGHT? there are a few ramen places where i live that make a “kuroton” which is a tonkotsu broth with charred garlic oil. i thought that’s what this was gonna be it is really good though, i highly recommend it if you ever come across it

That's the same with me as well, and it's delicious. That's what I thought black ramen was, because the "mayu" turns the broth from opaque to grey or black but it really elevates all the umami components in the most beautiful way

But I can imagine giving the editing process to someone else is difficult to handle if you have your own style of doing this. Someone else will create something different. It's his channel after all.
