This is awesome. My dream vehicle is a lifted wagon but don't want a Subaru. An RS6 with downsized brakes and 17" wheels and fat tires would be amazing.
I’ve had mine lifted sense may of 2001 bud … I had it done in San Francisco at Schaeffers off-road performance 👍🏻 I came in first #1 Montreal off-road Classics and came in first place in Dubai Sandstone River run #1 My Audi was in VW life magazine for five consecutive months . Also was Sponsored from newspeed . So tell me how much off Roading can you do in the bay area especially in Silicon Valley ??? you need to come up here to Montana we can see how your rig holds up city boy…
Yeah, his only chance of maybe being first at anything is restricting it to the A4 allroad (i.e. fauxroad) B8. People have been lifitng the real A6 Allroads since they came out. I mean, he's making it sound like a big deal that he put some spacers on top of the suspension (I'm guessing - nobody in this video seems to even know how it was done). Pretty clearly more interesting in appearance and marketing than anything else.
Got a 14 coming in on the 13th of this month and its all thanks to seeing to seeing this build and reading reviews! The repairs looked easy enough and parts are cheap. If you have schematics or are willing to share the details, id love to know more about how you achieved the lift and corrected CV axle geometry. You got a great build! 🤙
hi, great car! I'm in the process of lifting my a4 b8 allroad 3.0tdi...please, from experience, can you tell me if I have enough space for tires like yours 235 65 17 on the stock suspension? that there will be no problems while driving? Thank you
That is B8.5 Facelift version, not B8... + I can go across that dirt trail with any other car. You are tryhard to be some HC offroader but you are not at all. I love the car tho, it looks great.
How did you decide on the rigid light bar vs the front runner light bar? You’ve got the front runner rack but didn’t opt for their light bar that would have fit it perfectly. Why?
While I was put off by the cockiness, I do like the allroad, and what it brought to the table in terms of individuality. PS: Believe me, I know the difference(And although could be considered a fine line) between; Being Proud, having Self-esteem, and being Cocky..
@@Throdle Own one. Therefore, I am sure all of us B8.5 allroad aficionados, have looked up, or admired the offroad/allroad once or twice lol. Especially because of the choice of wrap color.
