Recently got a prescription with the prism in it, could you explain what it means? My eyes do not focus together so I suppose it has something to do with that
Dayum you should’ve told us what astigmatism means, which is directional blur, and the axis is the direction of the blur. Can you tell us more about the axes work and how it presents itself in how you see with your eyes and stuff? And also about how diopters are inverse meters. It is very important to understand how diopters work. And how you’re only supposed to wear the diopters that you need.
Not trying to be an eyeglasses worker but with these prescriptions, how do they use the info? So if the sphere says -1.50 what will they do to the glasses to fit that requirement Etc for the rest (cyl, axis, etc) Axis is the way the glasses tilt right? Does cylinder mean the thickness? They sent me the wrong lenses and would not send me the correct lenses. They only offered a 50% refund for the mistake they made! You cannot trust them. They are cheap for a reason, you don’t get what you pay for. I am very upset I wasted a lot of money on this company that doesn’t support its customers.
Thats why I go online Dude eyebuy has cheap glasses that cost like 20 bucks. Sure the frames are cheap but who cares about that, as long as glasses work perfectly
Your website, after 5 years of complaining, still can't size frames correctly based on PD. Every time create a try-on, the frames look like clown glasses - enormously larger than they would look in real life. And the official solution from your technical reps for 5 year in a row? "Just try entering larger PD's until the frames fit your face." Also, lenses cut without regard to the prescribed segment height are NOT Prescription lenses.
No! They will increase your eye sight if you do so coz the image will form behind your retina (because of overcorrection) and you will end up with more - power after a year
@@user-kz3vj3dq4s yes , I'm sure and no eye specialist or optician would tell you this coz they want to sell you more lenses! It's just that simple, you're myopic and not farsighted right? Then why are you using the correction for seeing nearby objects which you can actually see without glasses. You can actually refer any online articles about this. Many people don't know this and grow their eyeball size resulting in more myopia
Zenni is a joke. Made my glasses incorrectly so I only get back %50 plus shipping costs. What a joke. I'm spreading the word so others don't get ripped off.
