I was actually thinking about the racks earlier this week and was debating on buying them. While I understand the manufacturing struggle I really appreciate the transparency with videos like these. With that, I’ll be more than willing to wait for the new racks!
“Confident racks will be ready this summer if not earlier.” LOL I appreciate the transparency in why the racks weren’t ready in the first place, but then you guys said they would be ready in summer 21’. It’s Jan 22’ and we have had zero actual update. Pretty insane. Another video addressing where we are in this process would be very much appreciated by the entire community
1:47 "we are confident the racks will be available this summer, if not earlier". Similar statement from their CEO on the torque firmware update. How about an update @super73?
So, I know there’s a bunch of problems; but is there any update on when any accessories will be coming? Even if it won’t be soon, it’d be nice to hear an update on all this, since last summer was quite a while ago now
