19 years in such a physical sport is insane. Great video man, love it. Once you get more subs, invest in a better microphone, the loud noises sound a little distorted.. all love man. Your channel is growing so fast! Well deserved!
@@flairfooty Fischer McAsey hung up the boots after about..... 10 games If Caleb Serong ever wins a Brownlow Medal it'll look really bad considering he was 2 picks later
Lids certainly lived up to his contracts for the first part of his career, or at least he did when he could make it onto the field without an injury. He would definitely be more fondly remembered by Tigers supporters if he hadn't chosen to leave the club in such acrimonious circumstances.
When you look at it and think 3 out of 4 we're perfectly chosen yet the roughhead pick derailed the 4th pick choice who needed a big forward and went for if Richmond had of gone franklin instead of tumbling just think of that shift in timeline would hawks found another forward that could do the job the next I could think of was jack riewoldt in of 06
Richmond had to be the worst club at selecting players back then. How on earth do you get picks 1 and 4 while Hawks have 2 and 5 and they walk away with both Roughead and Franklin?
It’s already on the channel! However had to leave out many of the players because a lot either played a handful of games or didn’t do anything with their career.
Appreciate your harshness on the Swans Stuart haha! I still think they’ve been a dominant team with Buddy in there considering they’ve won 14 or more games each season he’s been there besides 2019 and 2020 which he took the year off, but the lack of flag all those years is definitely casts a dark shadow over the home and away season success
@@flairfooty I don't recall Sydney being the dominant team. They've been good for sure, but certainly not dominant. Hawthorn were dominant, Richmond were dominant, Geelong were dominant. Since Buddy has been playing these three are the only ones that could be considered as dominant teams.
@@williams6334 I guess it depends on you definition of ‘dominant.’ I feel like The swans were definitely dominant between 2014-2022 winning 14-17 games a season except for two seasons (2019/2020) and one season buddy didn’t even play.
@@williams6334 id say only missing a final series twice since 2010 is fairly dominant, although swans often coughed up finals and shouldve performed better in 2014 and 22, they were no easy side and buddy himself remained dominant in the team
Always easy to judge in hindsight. Three of the four went on to become gun players, and the 'bust' still managed to play 120 odd games of league footy. It's also easy to forget that when they picked him at five a lot of pundits thought the Hawks were taking a big risk.
