What Happened to Tim Farmer's Right Arm? 

Tim, I just found your videos here on Utube. Growing up, I was always involved in farming. Managed some of the largest dairies here in Maine. In 1983, heading back to Fort Sill, OK, I lost my left leg helping a motorist that had gone off the road. During the 9 months in three hospitals, I heard comments of those saying "that will be the end of Jim's farming days" and that ate at me and made me more determined. Months after I was retired from the Army, I was right back to working on a farm where we were milking around 200 head. What I want to say, is I am so glad that you turned a bad situation into something good. Those that might be going through a similar thing, I hope they see what you are doing and know that it is mind over matter. For me, I can do all the same things I did prior, except run and wiggle the toes on my left foot. May the Lord bless you and your family in Hid abundance.

I have that problem with my right leg' Last night as I was out walking my right toe caught the uplift in the sidewalk and sent me sprawling in the street. Man that hurt. Bystanders asked me if I was hurt. Nothing hurt but my pride. God is good all the time. See why you're getting more viewers.

My dad was burned in a fire and lost a finger on each hand. The others were scarred badly with little movement but he became one of the top welders and pipe fitters. He always figured a way around his disability, so much so that people like me would just forget completely and I was always stunned when someone asked about him. He was just dad to me. Ha! God bless you in your cooking as you bless us!!!

Tim Farmer since my car accident that has left me disabled but thanks to you my friend I'm standing & I'm walking slowly & with a limp but considering odds were against me after getting caught up in a police chase on my way to work. I had to retire afterwards but we relize after something really bad like we both have at the end of the day we both still have our lives.

Good for you! That's great advice. I suffer from nerve damage from a head injury. I refuse to let it stop me though I admit it has slowed me down from time to time. Pain is hard to live with but it can be done. Sitting and feeling sorry for ourselves is what we can't spend too much time on. Love your show. So glad I found it. I wish you and your family many blessings and joy filled days.

thank you for making this video, I just found your channel whilst looking for what the heck "puffball mushrooms" are and how they taste and when I noticed the classic pose one handed folk do I wanted to ask so badly but I knew there were likely soooo many who asked this every freaking day, so I subscribed and after watching more videos got curious and started looking at your archives and found this video. My boyfriend's 93 year old WWII Vet Grandpa lost his right arm while serving. He is a wonderful artist and I am amazed at what an incredible person he is and what he has accomplished, puts me to shame because even with 2 arms I can't do half the things he ever did, my boyfriend's grandather's name is "Emile Mika" and he just walks around with his right arm tucked into his pocket like a cool cat :) you guys are amazing to overcome such adversity. Keep on making these great informative videos! I love them :)
