@@Kelsmith2 You are assuming that's his only reason, which indicates you have a bias and either your reading comprehension is poor or you are disingenuous. He commented: "makes me like him even more" clearly indicating that he already liked him.
I like him! He tells the truth! If you promote traditional values, the bots and some people attack your channel. The same thing has happened to many channels.
One that has been confirmed now is that he isn’t sober anymore. He was looking really rough in some of those videos. He needs to lay off binge drinking makers mark bourbon in his shop lol.
He’s a lot more unhinged and frankly violent-seeming than I remember from last time I saw him. I don’t like it. I want the old Cody back. He was chill. This new Cody’s just too psychotic for me. 😢
You know it's an important and honest video when you're informed by a monotone robot voice. Lol this honestly makes me believe he's doing something right because someone is trying to take him out or at least discredit him. If you don't like him don't follow him, however for those of us that enjoy his authentic persona and tips on being self-sufficient we will keep enjoying his content. Stay safe everyone and as my man PRHO says, act accordingly.
@@jeremyfowler1519i think his comment was useful and much needed commentary. Especially the point about the ai voice. If you're gonna make a video discussing someone, possibly defaming them you ought to stand behind what you say. At the very least use your actual voice, dont hide behind a faceless youtube account ya know? Definitely doesn't lend the OP any credibility in my book.
Just because some of us have left him doesn't mean we are all nut jobs. I could call all of his followers, fanboys, but that doesn't mean they all are.

If anyone watches his content he was very open about being raised in a cult like church, upon becoming self aware of this he left it. He tells a hard truth most are just to soft to handle.
@@SeanWintersChristianity was hijacked by Zionists that relied on Christians not actually reading the Bible and just accepting the cherrypicked verses used in the Sunday sermon. Christians today are waking up..slowly…but they are. I think my eye opening experience was all the hate Passion of the Christ got from….them…even though it was Biblically/historically as accurate as it could have been. They want to use history to play victim but will try an ruin your life if you show a time in history where they were the aggressors. *cough* USS LIBERTY *cough*
I used to watch, but he has a lot of content and has been around a long time. So it’s totally possible I missed his cult admissions. Over time I just felt him to have to many opinions of tools I disagreed with and I just moved away. Kinda like I don’t watch the guy who used to rip apart tools and rant and rave or Scotty anyone (who apparently says everything is the end).
Ive lost all respect for him. When he started accepting all the high dollar equipment and funding, he sold out. Just another commercialized influencer.
I'm sure Cody sees these videos and thanks them for sending more people to his channel. Great job, eCelebrityFacts! You're making Cody even more popular and making him richer by making false videos of him and proving that more people could benefit from his videos.
I dont watch Wranglerstar often. Just once in a while but if fully grown adult men have nothing better to do than to create forums to hate how another man lives his life...sometimes it's better to shut off the internet and go outside.
Listening to the criticisms in the video you can tell the people hating on him are the snobby “guys” who trust msm besides their hated Fox News, voted for quid pro joe, don’t believe or know about the dozens of so called conspiracy theories that were confirmed true, have 3 boosters and 2 or 3 pronouns.
@@Ecelebrityfacts I don’t really care for Wrangler Star I’ve watched him rise. Way before he had any following hardly. But based on your comment you seem like a Soy Boy.
To sum up: once he laid his politics and religious beliefs out there for the world to see, he was crucified for being on the wrong team and having the wrong beliefs. Such is life on the interwebs today.
I mean having opinions doesn't mean you must be coddled. If you have political and religious beliefs that are insane, don't ve surprised when ppl think you are insane and treat you as such. Stop pretending that opinions are some type of amazing thing that cannot be criticized. Bad opinions do exist and they should be called out and shamed not given the privilege of being treated as if they matter.
@@tubytubyish Tell us you’re a leftist without telling us you’re a leftist. Freedom of speech is still a thing in this country, that is until your generation enters politics and strips that away too. Liberals used to be about protecting both the first amendment and freedom of religion, and the country is so upside down now that somehow the right wing is all that’s left to stand up for those concepts. I agree, some bad ideas should be criticized (see Sharia law or polygamist Mormons) but attacking Christian conservatives because you simply disagree with them is very illiberal, to put it mildly. BTW I’m no fan of Wranglerstar and have not attended church in many, many years.
I'm not a fan of the man, but I did watch a couple videos prior to making my decision. He has straight up stated how he left the cult many years ago, along with some other things this video got wrong. Admittedly he could be lying, but still... if I can watch 4-5 videos of his and see 4-5 things wrong in this video, it makes me wonder how hard you tried or is this just fodder for the clicks?
Watched him regularly a couple of years back, and his origin story of reshaping his life away from the cult was very interesting. A little ironic that his more recent content of fear-mongering (the coming struggle, single mum bashing etc) makes him appear like a recruiting sergeant for a modern cult. This video though is just pretty flimsy innuendo.
Love him… He is fed up and became disheartened seeing Portland. He exposes me to a lot of wonderful things that has helped me. For instance.. washing Machines! Speed Queen. Amazing and will be with us 20 years! Samsung, garbage! The little things.
Theres alot of cults /communes in the pacific northwest. I've been here a year and half and half the people I've met either grew up in. A cult or a comune even on the way out here strangers telling me they ran away from a cult or the jahovas or the hippe commune in cali
I was a subscriber and enjoyed his early content. Then he became a bit unhinged and his anti cop rants were the final straw and I unsubscribed. I did check in on a couple of his videos recently and he's barefoot and calling people Beloved. I'm out again !
@Ecelebrityfacts The forestry service says he didn't work for them. He even admitted that he took a tree cutting course from them and that they probably wouldn't be able to find the records. That's all. He misrepresented his relationship with that agency.

"He recommended someone who was banned from multiple social media platforms" This day in age, I usually won't pay attention to anyone who HASN'T been banned from at least one social media platforms.
Never was a fan. Thought he was the king of click bait. Makes me feel better that I'm not the only one who thinks he was fos when he said he was a forest fire fighter
I don’t agree with each and everything he says or does. My biggest complaint with him is that is barefoot a lot around axes, shovels, in his shop, etc. I will continue watching his videos and learning from him.”Act accordingly.”
He just put out a video - “a woman got me fired” hmmmm doubt it... sounds like something someone who can’t take responsibility for their own actions would say.
i did like the old videos. now he is just a product endorsement youtuber. i greatly dislike when youtube suggests his videos. as i think he is not all what he seems.
I don't think he bans people that criticize him, because I see it in the comments. Plus whenever I see it sometimes he comments on it. Also because he knows it brings more engagement.
@@leveljoeprolly because you said something of no value, wouldn’t have to be negative or positive just useless to the point where your opinion just takes up space for people with an acknowledgable opinion
@LegalpiracyAAARRRRGG What comment on any video has any actually value and doesn't "take up space" (whatever that means)? Like 0.05%? Our comments here really have no actual value except to ourselves. At the time, he was all into his adventure van and dirt bike trips, and much of his content that I was interested in was his wood working. Even he admitted that he was copying his content from another creator. My criticism was on a dirt bike video where I said, "This is not homesteading and leaving the trappings of a consumerism society behind." Sure, it was a harsh comment for him to hear, but it was true, IMHO. He flipped out. I replied back, trying to walk my comment back a bit, but that was it. After that, I replied to a few people on other videos. I don't know if I was asking questions or giving advice, but it was radio silence. I made a comment on a new video, went incognito, and my comment wasn't there. I unsubed and haven't looked back. I hear he kinda went off the "deep end" anyway, not that I know that it's true. His channel had peaked, and he was doing things like burning up cordless drills and calling it a torture test. It's fun to watch, but there isn't any usable content in that other than his sermons he would add to them.
The untold "truth" apparently means "someone said some things and we heard some rumors and some other stuff we are not sure about".. Yeah. Great video.
I used to love his channel and would binge watch for hours! Now I hate even seeing his face pop up and it has nothing to do with any outside influence. He changed, his content changed, his tactics to get views changed. I just can no longer support him and unsubscribed/blocked the channel years ago.
I just stopped watching him because he would always make long rambling videos for a simple yes or no question. All the other "allegations" mean nothing. Don't like or agree with him? Don't watch him.
For me amazing dude - and regarding "controversial" ideas, i think it's a case of sticking a set of "belives" to someone just becase they mentioned someone, or used certain word. For me he is a hard working, moral and courageous man, wouldn't mind one bit to be share half of his qualities.
Wow! Almost every top comment disagrees whit the video's opinions about Wranglerstar.🤣 I looked for the "don't recommend this channel to me" button but YT removed it apparently.
Used to be subbed to his channel. Thought he was a great guy. But then noticed that his morals were weak. He'd say or do something but if someone in his real life criticized him, he'd _immediately_ back down or backpedal. Then, he'd actually make a video about it! It was ridiculous how often that took place. He'd sometimes make absolutely laughable and ignorant statements in his videos. Usually on subjects he clearly knew nothing about. At one point implying that the increase in cancer rates in America was due to increased use of hand sanitizer. (This was a couple of years before COVID.) I unsubscribed when he said that. (BTW, you can make your own hand sanitizer using 2 parts 91% or 99% Isopropyl alcohol mixed with 1 part Aloe Vera. That's it. No cancer causing ingredients there. Heck, you have individuals who drink liquid Aloe Vera as part of their self-care routine. Perfectly safe.)
Commercial hand san doesn't use isopropyl alcohol though. Many use ethyl alcohol, methanol, and some yet use various combinations of an array of aromatic spirits. Methanol is known to cause blindness and kidney disease through chronic repeated skin exposure and inhalation, as is ethyl alcohol. Every aromatic spirit (cheaper alcohol used in hand sanitizer) are at best labeled GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe). Note: GRAS doesn't mean it's safe. It means there's not enough data to positively confirm it is, in fact, hazardous; and there _is_ enough legal wiggle room to where the distributor cannot be held liable if and/or when people do suffer negative outcomes from said GRAS' product use. Take a look on a typical processed food item you consume regularly and look into some (a majority) of the ingredients that are merely GRAS. A simple Google search and 90 seconds will have you thinking about what you consume and apply to your body.
He blocked me. I was a long time sub and I don't believe I did anything wrong. He's strayed so far from what he said he stood for. The money from RU-vid has really changed him as a person. If not the money I don't know what else it could be.
Same here, but I know what I did that made him shadow ban me. I made one post where I basically said, "this doesn't look like the simple life of a homesteader who left the financial trappings of consumerism behind." He went off on me and two weeks later, he was laughing about shadow banning people.
@@leveljoe yeah that's what he does i can still comment but nobody can see it. He's so hypocritical. He's flipped on so many issues he claimed he held dear. At this point I'm surprised he's not pedaling war thunder or raid shadow legends.
He's cool. I never follow the 'hater' heard. They are all just rumors. Although he is very very judgmental to anyone that doesn't believe EXACTLY what he does but most religious people are like that.
I’ve been watching Cody’s videos for a few years now. He explains several times he left the cult he was born into so that part of this story is patently false. He got bored of just creating homesteading videos so his content changed with his interests. Isn’t that what you’re supposed to do as a content creator and business owner? What’s the problem? If you don’t like the content, don’t watch. As the world has changed so drastically in the last 3 years due to government overreach, medical tyranny, etc., he talks about topics that deal with that and how to survive independent of that paradigm. I find it interesting and enlightening given our current state of the world. It’s not conspiracy theory when it’s been proven true. Just look around and don’t be a sheep.
Too long didn’t read, you’re a sheep and he won’t help you in the apocalypse, you’re the type of person he’d shoot in a heart beat to take your provisions and gear
That may be but his recent stuff is just fricken weird. Fishhook based security systems. Diy caltrops too if I remember correctly. Other misc oddball stuff.
once upon a time, he was worth watching. but ever since he shifted everything into being a full time youtube star it was all about the money, every title click bait. and not much substance....Sad
I like to watch his videos. He’s an old school angry dad kinda guy and I like listening to him. However, I don’t take him too seriously - for example he wants everyone to buy $800 pair of pants.
You don’t have to agree with everything he says. It’s okay to be wrong. I wish RU-vid never got rid of the dislike button cause I’m sure this video would have more dislikes than likes.
idk he's had some takes that I definitely don't agree with, but so does everyone. I respect that he's willing to share what most people would not. He's a conservative and that what you get so I don't really understand why people would go out of there way to hate on him specifically for having common conservative opinions. If you thing you are some sort of political activist, there are much bigger fish to fry than this guy who for the most part seems to spread positivity. Now I haven't seen everything he's said so its possible he has said some hateful stuff that would change my opinion, but as it is I really haven't, so at the end of the day ill continue to occasionally watch his videos.
This video has truly opened eyes. Thank you to the creator of it, as I am now going to watch Wranglerstars newest video and be sure that I am not slacking as being a Christian alpha male 🙂
I used to follow him. He got a little too religious and self righteous for awhile. Also critical of “east coasters”. Of course he lives in one of the most liberal states.
