My Wife’s Dr let me stand right next to him for both of my Wife’s sections; opposite side from the scrub tech. My Wife could still see and talk to me and I held her hand the whole time. BUT I had an amazing view of the procedure and both of my Daughters coming out. The med students lined up along the wall were all ghost-faced and looking like they were about to pass out. I thought it was among the neatest things I’ve ever been party to, I love surgery.

I’m a birthworker but I was still nervous about needing to have a c-section due to my daughter being in breech presentation. I really wanted to give birth vaginally. However, my c-section went flawlessly and I’m so grateful for that. Thank you, Dr. Ali for such an excellent video!!

W my first child, I had a emergency c section and the healing time was horrible and scarred me. Now w my last 3 children I’ve always decided to have a normal delivery which I’d prefer then the c section. 😎

This was super informative! Thank you! I had a cesarean birth 7 weeks ago and it’s really cool to see all the layers that my surgical tea had to get through to get my baby. We’re so lucky to have these medical advancements.

I am having my first c-section at the end of December due to having complete placenta previa… previously had 2 vaginal births with no complications. I am scared getting a c-section this time not knowing what to expect / never experiencing it before. This was REALLY helpful. Thank you!!!

Can you do a video on the after care of a csection? And why do some doctor put a elastic girdle support belt right after the csection surgery?

Can you discuss placental a eruptions due to preclampsia at 33 week. Lots and lots of blood. Baby heart dropped instantly down to 80. Bells and whistle going on every. Which my husband slept through. Emergency c section. Can you discuss?

If mom has a repeat c section do they cut in the exact same incision scar or right above/below it. I have never had a c section, just 2 natural deliveries, but just curious.

I had my third C-section one year ago my doctor told me I didn't have much scar tissue but the place of my incision she said it was very thin is it dangerous for me to have a nother baby my doctor told me in her opinion that I shouldn't have any more babies and if I do I could have my incision open in the pregnancy and die that scared me what do you advice .

QUESTION!!!!! Okay so I had a C-section bc I choose it trying to be induced after my stillbirth at 35 weeks.. no they did try to induce me and I only got to 5 cm but they did break my water before the C-section. I’m now 33 weeks n will be having a schedule c section at 37weeks. So my question is with a scheduled C-section where does all that water go??

Question, do women who had a C-section still have postpartum bleeding the same way as vaginal deliveries?

Or maybe you had an open myomectomy due to fibroids and you have to have a c section.
