I liked Danny’s story a lot more, because he basically worked his way up there. Alex on the other hand had everything handed to him on a silver platter, feels kinda generic and he wasn’t exactly nice to Kim and Danny after he had his entourage. While Danny had to deal with a gambling ‘friend’ who simply made him go broke, i think that was a lot worse than Alex’s struggle, which so far was only Michael trying to look like a top agent. Alex wouldn’t even really need Michael because his family connections basically allowed him to join any club in the process, unlike Danny.

Him not having food at 15:25 is lowkey gut wrenching. Happens a lot more often than people may think with players. Some are lucky enough to get a host family to live with to help with expenses

Isolated guess it wouldn’t have worked out due to maybe Danny being financially broke which could show the restaurant a bad name so that could be possible or without ringo Danny won’t be able to eat there due maybe no payments are being made

He is not really lonely, Michael is still his agent since he himself said that with careful management of budgets that Danny can get back in 18 months or win the CL. So, I think he would still stick around. He just wanted to be safe and decides to look out for other clients as well.

Maybe sticking with Michael here was a better choice for Danny, but for me choosing Ringo made his story line even better, more tragic. Then he stays all alone having even his brother against him and choices like staying alone in empty house or more training with coach while Alex is closed in bubble choosing between being with family or being a superstar.

What's wrong with Michael? All he did was give you houses, offers, even caught frauds. Yes he made mistakes but those fraud offers were not exactly unconvincing. Michael didn't even hide the fraud problem either, he immediately went straight to try and fix it. Michael is a perfect agent.
