I’m born and raised in San Diego my wife is British, she got sent back today from the airport. She was coming for a short holiday yet they still assumed she was trying to permanently stay. These high school dropout CBP agents have too much power for their little brains.

My daughter in law has been married to an American citizen for 7 years. They have been separated by COVID for 7 months. She has a valid USA tourist visa and still was denied entry into the USA. The people at SEATAC airport seem to be in some major hurry to send her back to China. They will not let her communicate with her husband or any family. She has never committed any crime, has never worked in the USA or violated her visa in any way. When my son and I spoke with the people at SEATAC they seemed to take great pleasure in the fact she is being sent back to China. My son is near suicide at this point. We have tried contacting ever Government agency we can think of including our Congress Critter, both US Senators and even the White House, with absolutely no success. What can be done? The Government seems to be in a hurry to permanently break up this family (no, there are no children involved).

Actually there are some travel bans still in effect. For example, people of every nationality that have been present in Brazil on the last fourteen days cannot enter the USA. Although there are some exceptions like for American Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents, it’s still a travel ban for all the others no matter what type of ViSA they already have.

US requirs the PCT test within 24 hours of arrival. That is not even possible in most countries. Results typically take 36 to 48 hours. The faster antibody test with results in under an hour is not acceptable for entry. I don't think there will be much air travel to the US. Only 3 countries fully unrestricted on Covid. Mexico, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic. I live in Costa Rica. Traveling to Panama. My Covid Vaccination which is boosted, apostillized and QR Coded allows me entry with no further restriction. However in visiting friends I will be Covid tested befor I arrive in Santiago de Varaguas Panama and meet and be in contact with them. Friends don't let friends be exposed to Covid.

My uncle has a visa and he was denied access into the USA after completing his flight from Uruguay to Miami. There doesn't seem to be any reason as the only possible reason there was was that he was carrying 10,000 dollars but he isn't supposed to declare the money as it isn't over 10,000. They are making him buy a ticket back to Uruguay so he basically lost over 1,000 dollars on tickets and wasn't allowed into the country. he doesn't have any criminal record and is just visiting my family for 2 weeks and we haven't seen him in over 2 years. Is it legal for them to deny entree without purpose and is there anything we can do. Also we haven't received anything from him and can't get in touch with him.

My dad (korean citizen former US green card holder) just got denied entry at LAX. He had an approved esta waiver. He had round trip tickets and was traveling with my mom (US citizen) and they were visiting for my sister's wedding. My mom was processed through and my father was taking into secondary interview. He later called my sister (6hours later) and told them he was getting send back to korea. He has diabetes and we haven't had contact with him for 12 hours. He is not responded to our calls or texts. He has a phone charger. We are hoping they put him on a plane back and still waiting for a response.

I didnt get to read it there and sign. I respect their job but this kind of action let me doubt how they can become a CBP officer? hope one day they can record everything they do.

What happens if you do not have legal status to return to the place from which you came by plane? For example, someone on TPS with a valid 512T goes overseas with a spouse but only has a short term visa to enter that country. He/She cannot return to their home country as its not safe and there are no flights to that country anyway. Then what? What is CBP going to do with those individuals? Put them in detention?

Hi Mr Sapochnick thanks for the video my issue is with being denied entry at a US POE I was expedited and had my visa cancelled due to the fact that they said I was an intending immigrant without an immigration visa due to the time I had spent in the USA as a volunteer i was using both the visa waiver and the B1/B2 visa to do this however had no immigrant intent I am Australian by citizenship not sure if it is possible to get CBP to review my case as during the interview I was very tired after the long trip across the Pacific and may not have answered the questions to the best of my ability's not that anything is incorrect I was just so afraid that I would get into trouble so I did answer everything honestly however there were other things I did leave out that possibly could of helped my case.

Hi, great content. My husband is a US citizen. We filed and received our priority date, Jan 22,2019. My case has not moved since. I have my B1/b2 visa and the last time I was in America was in February 2020 for 2weeks. I would like to travel to America in November for our 1year wedding anniversary and our first thanksgiving together just for 2-3weeks. Do you think I may have a problem? Do you recommend me traveling?

Some people bring their work experience, and other documents with them that they have been working or or pictures as what you did or to apply for work the pest way is let someone you trust back home to send you all the documents by express mail to your address in US. Yes you can but think of it as 50/50 depend on what's kind of questions they will ask you in US Embassy. You might need to wait 10 yrs (Try to call the Embassy in your country for definite answer). The best way is to buy round trip ticket and if you decided to stay not to go back to your country just go to your airlines and ask to cancel the return ticket they will give you your money back minus the penalty for canceling the return ticket (My advise is to buy your ticket directly from an airlines not from travel agency) because long process to get your money back from the agency. I did like that I brought my Filipina gf with me from Manila to Kuwait then I went to the airlines to cancel the return ticket within 30 mnts I got the refund minus the penalty.

A bit different. I am a US Citizen and was denied entry to Miami International Airport. I was suddenly surrounded by 5 armed guards demanding to see my Boarding Pass. I was to be on an American Airlines Flight to San Jose Costa Rica. And naturally Boarding Passes are issued only INSIDE the terminal after inspection of travel documents. I did have a Flight Confirmation and Booking number. But they demanded a Boarding Pass. That incident caused me over $7000 and 52 days delay as I then had to fly to Panama City Panama from the Ft Lauderdale Airport. Due this three required Covid Insurance policies with the first two cancelled and money lost. The insurance valid only for a particular flight day and time. I definitely will never fly to from or through Miami International again. Hopefully I will never have to return to the US again.
