Had little of an off week this week and it seems it resulted in me forgetting to weigh myself at the end of the video haha. I surprisingly gained weight! I gained about 5 pounds which is mental! Also I wouldnt recommend this diet I only did it for fun.. like and subscribe and follow my intagram @bengrant10 yup boys
I seem to have slipped into an OMAD diet from intermittent fasting. Once you get used to it it really helps with not eating snacks and crappy food, as when I get to eat I don't want to be loading up on all that shite. Stimulants like coffee and creatine really help, especially with fasted workouts!
If I did electrician videos they’d actually be so shit I literally spend most days prepping putting boxes on for first fixing and maybe throw a few TV cables in haha
@@bengranttt all right if you're bulking I suppose, I'm a truck driver and I have 1 small meal a day and I still gain weight as I'm sat on my arse all day.
