haha 1st thought is sequins YES i was an exchange student at Oxford Brookes & for our student group xmas party, everyone showed up to the pub in jumpers & jeans & I was in a rainbow sequin sleeved mini dress because its a CHRISTMAS PARTY 😂 they made up a prize for me on the spot for being thr 'most extra' also, 80 to 120 denier (or primark fleece) are the GOAT of winter tights...dont let anyone intimidate you into being cold
