This is super random but I got the best bean salad recipe that my family has as a tradition and it’s 100% vegan. It’s basically just mixed beans, chopped avocados, cucumbers, cilantro and lemon & oil as the dressing. It’s so simple but so so delicious so I just wanted to share it because I totally recommend it❤️
