One of the most dedicated powerlifters I follow. Pretty sure there are not a lot of powerlifers who doe this premeet. Same goed with patience whilst executing the lifts. Props dude
why do you need to get to the gym at 4pm to replicate meet day only to not do anything till like 5:30pm. why not just start eating and drinking at home at 4pm and then get to the gym in time to have your first squat at 6pm. saves you from sitting at the gym doing nothing
Mauricio Matos is it really necessary to stay at the gym for 2 hours to replicate meet day lmfao. it's not like the atmosphere would be the same as at the meet gym
It is one of those things that probably dont do much if anything, but very elite athletes do small things like this just to gain a 1% mental advantage. Is it bad to be that neurotic? I think it depends on the person or athlete
