What I eat in a day calorie counting for fat loss and an update on my weight loss so far I have just completed 4 weeks in a calorie deficit so I have spoke about how I am finding it, how i make this work for me and how much weight I have lost so far.

Breakfast 501 calories + cappuccino 70 calories
Avocado bagel with turkey sausages and mushrooms
Lunch 207 calories
Rice cakes with cream cheese, ham and cucumber
Dinner 655 calories
Low fat sausages, homemade mashed potatoes, broccoli gravy + Yorkshire puddings
Dessert 320 calories
High protein yoghurt, Fiber now bar, fruit and nut mix + low cal syrup
