What I eat in a day at home with lots of Asian dishes like dim sum! Here's a week in the life of a software engineer taking a sabbatical after quitting Meta at the 6th week mark! After coming back from Hawaii, I channel my inner Michelle Choi and attempt to make a few comfort food dishes including Lap Cheung Baos (Chinese sausage buns), preserved duck egg congee, and cabbage pork baos. In the past month, I've been experimenting with a bag of flour and learning to bake a few dishes for the first time. I've been enjoying this hobby so far, and on top of that, get to eat delicious food. This is kind of a What I Eat In a Week type of video. I took most of my dim sum recipes directly from RU-vid!
