The burritos such a good idea! I just attempted meal prep and I made overnight oats for breakfasts. I was not feeling it. It tasted great just I’m not a sweet stuff for breakfast kind of gal. My coffee can be sweet but that’s it.
Salad jars: I agree with you about not trying it in the past, it never looked practical...but watching you do this....I want to try it! Thanks for another great video! Nice. 💚

I remember doing meal prep regularly when I was in High School but for the past few years I just prep the lunch for a given day before I go out, and I stick to suuuper simple meals so hat it doesn't take me too much time. Having said that, these ideas are so much more interesting than what I usually eat I might consider whipping up one or two for the next week! . Lots and lots of love! Have a great new month ahead!
That salad plated very nicely with chickpeas on top and then the farro, other vegetables and grean leafies at the bottom concerning it was poured out of a jar
with the tofu, i love to add nutritional yeast as well ! it’s so good, and adds a little bit of a crispier texture and cheesiness to it that’s super yummy ☺️ i miss the trader joe’s chicken less seasoning im pretty sure it’s just like a chicken ramen packet lol
heads up about the flavour of Verb: if you're sensitive to bitter tastes, these might not be right for you. I really wanted to like the 5 flavours I tried (sample pack of 4 kinds and then a pack of the salted peanut) but I didn't enjoy any of them. they all were overwhelmingly bitter for me. this may not be the case for you if your palate isn't sensitive to bitter but mine is and I just didn't enjoy them at all.
The burrito meal prep is such a good idea! I never give myself enough time for breakfast before work and I’m not a fan of the usual quick breakfast (cereal/porridge) How long do they take to cook from frozen in the microwave?
Love love the homemade breakfast wraps! Looked in vain both here & your website for some further instructions, yet was left in the dark. Do you let them defrost before cooking? How long? Fridge the night before? How to cook in the morning? Love seeing this type of video!
Im definitely inspired to make some frozen burritos now. I think I would add potatoes though 😏 Curious how the feta did in the one jar you put it into.
I say this will all compassion - why is it that we don't do what we know will help us to emerge from depression when we are in the midst of it-i.e. exercise, meditation?
It is so so hard to find the motivation when you are struggling to muster the energy to even get out of bed and do the things you need to do to survive. At least that was my experience
@@80sloverr Ive been there too. But as we come out of the worst of it we realize those are the actions that would help. I've been watching the channel for quite awhile and have observed Sarah come to the same conclusion time and again. That's why I said I was commenting from a place of compassion.
