You can sub garbanzo beans for the Mayo , blend with mustard, pickles, and a little water makes a great faux “Mayo” texture and flavor!!

Balsamic-based dressings are my fave! I was just about to prep a kale salad with an avo-balsamic type dressing. Beautiful day of eating as always, Michele! ❤️ And your little girl is growing so fast! I just love that chubby, happy face of hers. 😁

I haven't had chia pudding in a while. Need to make some. Looks yummy. Love those colorful dishes. That pasta looks so yummy. I am going to have to get me some raw cashews.

I've got a great cashew mayo with Dijon mustard and acv, etc that's great maybe you can make something similar.. I put it in potato salad, chickpea salad broccoli salad, a lot of things.

Forgive me if you have answered this but what is the veggie broth cubes that you used? The only ones I can find say they have palm oil in them.

Hi Amy, I use whatever I can find that’s vegan, but your absolutely right some do have oil in them so I try to use them sparingly. Another option would be to make your own vegan bouillon mix from scratch so you can control the ingredients 🥰

Looks great 👍 For some reason every time I try to make a cashew sauce it always comes out like a grainy paste. I can’t seem to ever get it smooth and creamy. I must be doing something wrong

I add freshly boiled water to raw cashews, cover and let soak for about 10-15 min or so then drain, rinse and add to a high speed blender. If you let it blend long enough- perfect every time!

I would love more cheese recipes that are not cashew based. I know it’s very popular but the taste is very horrible to me which is funny because I love cashews in the raw state. I do not Think I’m the only one who feels this way about cashew cheese. Love the videos and recipes by the way. Thank you.

Hi Samara, you are not alone. I hear this often and will try to share some recipes in the future. But just off the top of my head, you could sub macadamia nuts, or sunflower seeds, or even a white bean (like canellini, or white kidney).

Interesting the recipe does not require cooking it over a skillet. I am afraid to make recipes with tofu I do not like the blandness and the texture. Although my cheesecakes are spot on using tofu.

You baby needs a lot of food at this age..a lot of carbs.. please give her some legume vegetable rice porridge (khichdi) .. mung bean is really easy on the her delicate stomach.. and please take care of her.. she's precious
