Morning drink - warm water or lemon water. Exercise Jeera ajawain saunf water Breakfast - 1 cucumber or salad or fruit. Dalchini water before lunch Lunch - moong dal chilla or multigrain chapati or poha or idli with lassi etc. Evening tea - Green coffee Dinner - moong dal khichdi by 6.30pm with lassi.

Sabse pehle to aapko apne kane pine k time set karna padega ek time fix kar lijiye or ushi time par khao jo bhi khana h or apni bhuk s thoda kum hi khao pet thoda khali reh jaye but jada n bhare or bus thodi si Wolk karoge to aapka weight bhi bhut jaldi kum hone lagega ek din m nhi hoga but ek din jaroor hoga tension mat lijiye agar insaan cahe to kya nhi kar sakta h koshish kijiye aap log bhi

Wow.. i m very much motivation by your videos. I lost 2 kgs in 4 days by intermittent fasting & aerobics exercise.. last year bhi 7 kgs loss kia tha. Lekin routine tut te hi weight dubara put on ho gya . I hope last year ki taraf dobara mera bhi jaldi weight lose ho jaye .. thank u for motivation videos & for your tips also

Mera weight 1month me 10 kilo km hua didi mene sb khaya but calories dificient me or exercise or intermittent fasting bhi ki but mujhe colone colitis me kuch issue tha ki deewar moti ho gyi to dr. Ne mujhe matar chana besan dhoodh mna kr diya but chai pi sakti hu puch Li thi to boli pi sakti hu me sugar nhi use krti uski jagah me dhage wali mishri pees kr rakhi rhti hu wahi daal kr piti hu meri Advice h ki ap blki rat me besan ka chilla kha lijiye pet full rhta h bhookh nhi lgti but ab to mujhe besan mna h dr. Ne mna kiya h

I follow your diet plan Really worth it 👌 Mera weight 70 pe stuck ho gya tha ..1 month se try kar rhi thi ...but because your this diet plan mera weight 2 kg loss hua in 10 days..maine cheat meals bi liye but weight is constant... Hello dear..ap bhot achi tara se bat krti ho maine first time apka vlog dekha h.. really nice...dear mera wight bhi 58 tha ek year phele or ab badh gya h mere gale me gath ho gyi thi 6 month ka course chala tha roj 4 medicine khani hoti thi 6 month tak tab tak wight 58 tha but Mera cours finish hone k kuch month bad mera wight gain ho gya ..😢😢😢 ab kaise kru kam krna h phle sb bolte h ki kya ho gya h itni patli ho gyi or ab sab bolte h moti ho gyi😂..but ab mujhe patli hona h...

1 Tea spoon Jira,1/2 soaf,1/4 ajwain, 1/4 methi dana, 1/4 ya 1 piece dalchini, inko mix kerke rak le,or raat ko 1/2 spoon pani mai bigoker rakh de subh khali pet ya din me kisi bi time aap ise 5 min ubal ker pi skte hai. Thank you Mam 😍😍
