I’m lying here with low energy and recovering from a crazy week at work. I hate feeling like this. Put this on, feel better mentally and I’m now getting it together to clean, go to the gym, meal prep, and go for a run! Thank you thank you thank you, Miranda!!!🎉❤🎉🎉🎉

Oooh, the mushroom pasta dish looked so good! I have that Harissa paste in my cupboard, I’ve not cooked with it yet, so you gave me an idea for it. 😊 Just want to say too that I’ve particularly been enjoying your recent videos where you’re talking through your cooking rather than having loud music come on suddenly in the middle. It’s really nice to hear your explanations, ideas and suggestions through the process. Thank you Miranda. Also, I totally admire that you‘re going to be running a 30k, that’s inspiring! You go girl! 💗

Your breakfast is SO similar to mine!🫐🥣 A little less oats because I don’t usually run in the am. I add a banana too and the zucchini😬😆 Blueberries are seriously my fave berry with oats. Can’t wait to try that pasta, yum!! Happy Spring🌸🌷

People really underestimate the power of oatmeal... Now, I'm not going out for a run like you (maybe one day - lol), but it really keeps me full when I make it for breakfast!

It does! I can remember not liking it as a kid but my mom used to tell us it sticks to you and gives you energy 🤣🤣 it’s a solid breakfast!

Actually just fine! If you wear the right shoes for your body (and obviously train your body!) you can run without pain! I’ve been running for about 7 years 1000s of miles a year, lots of races and challenges and have been blessed to hold up to it! I usually run 5 miles daily when not training for a race ❤️ 10 is a bit much for my schedule daily!
