for the past 5 months, ive been having moderate/severe joint pain and body ache EVERY SINGLE DAY! i have a lot of other health issues but these symptoms were really making it difficult to live a "normal" life. After consulting with Kale Diagnostics, my practicioner's advise was to significantly increase my PROTEIN intake (just like YOU have suggested to us in your videos). Within 24 hours of taking in 100g or so of protein, my pain levels dropped from moderate/sever to mild!!!! Hallelujah PTL!!! Now about a month in of eating HIGH PROTEIN, my pain level is 80% gone!!! OMGGGGG Thank you, Cambria, for your helpful suggestions!!! You are truly a blessing to us all

I love what you share and how your focused on nourishing your body and not just macros and calories like a lot of people. I just have one thing I'd like to ask you to see on your channel, could you possibly share affordable options on a budget? I'd love to see what you would suggest to buy. I recently ate a gluten free chick fil a sandwich for the first time in a couple years on our road trip home back from my birthday trip, but I typically will just order whatever gluten free option that sounds good to me and feels balanced whenever I go on trips! 🤗

That’s a great question! Because it’s a very unique food, I don’t know of any substitutions because of the nature of what it is. Sadly! You can take collagen for amino acids, but in colostrum you’re getting antibodies and prebiotics, it’s entirely in its own category for immune & gut health, I wish I could help more!
Maybe something simple like "Nourishment with Cambria" or "Empowering Nourishment with Cam"? I love the word nourishment because I feel like it is so far removed from diet culture buzz words. I have been able to shift my mindset from restriction to fueling my body and so much of that shift is thanks to your kind words and amazing evidence based chats in your videos! I love the feeling of being empowered with knowledge to provide my body with the nutrients it needs at a cellular level!!

I’ve personally never had an issue with it, basically the natural enzymes found within the raw milk help the body to break it down and utilize all of the nutrients from the milk. I like the Raw farm brand :)

Your content is so valuable and I’m learning so much from you at the wonderful age of 53 😂 I’m on a heath journey as I was diagnosed with diabetes and hypothyroidism last year. I changed my diet but finding hard to be consistent! I’ve also done a Zyto scan and my gut and digestion is where I store everything, emotionally. So I really need to heal her! So I am influenced by you and your recommendations of Armra. I just received it a couple day’s ago and started to take it. But I’m finding the 2 days that I’ve used it it really upset my stomach and gives me slight diarrhea- sorry TMI. I’m only using 1 scoop. I was really diving into the Celtic sea salt and I was seeing where you don’t want to add it directly into your drinks because it’s a water hungry molecule and it will bind to the water in your drink and not help in your body so you want to do a sprinkle in your mouth let it dissolve and then hydrate I was wondering if you have any info/insight on this?

Hi Cambria! Do you count your macros? I have been trying but it doesnt work well for me. How do you make sure to get enough protein without tracking? Any tips? 💕
I started counting protein a couple months ago and it works really well for me because I’ve been able to see such huge changes in my hormones - but for me it doesn’t affect me mentally at all it actually is good for me to make sure I’m getting enough because I wasn’t! I would say - you can roughly count your protein not like in an app but just generally on paper throughout the day and see if that works better? You can also always do it temporarily just to get a handle on if you’re getting enough and then it gets you familiar with if you are or not :) hopefully this helps! 💕
