​@@user-zg2gi5ox3k lots of different lifestyle changes...where do I begin lol 1. Stopped drinking anything other than water, and lots of it. I go through about 6-8 750ml refills on my water bottle 2. I quit "cold-turkey" on the carb killers. Rice, bread, pasta, potatoes (I missed potatoes so much lol) 3. Not a single fried item 4. High protein. Every morning had 2 hard boiled eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. And for lunch was either fish or chicken breast with mixed veggies. Had a bunch of chipotle runs but would skip out on the rice, cream, and cheese. Always get the salad bowl so they add a layer of spinach. 5. Daily walks around my neighborhood after work of about 30-45min. Now since Ive plateaued on the weight loss I have joined a gym and that is helping break the plateau a bit 6. and just the will to keep living (I was diagnosed with a pretty bad fatty liver and doc said, you either do something or transplant is only solution) .... it took a health scare to get my act together but I am hoping at my next appointment all is good and honestly I have made this change a lifestyle change and I am excited to stick to it. 7, Now every morning or every other morning I drink a celery, apple, and carrot juice and that ULTRA MEGA BOOSTS my energy it is amazing! and thats pretty much it. You will see some changes when you change your diet, but when you incorporate the working out or simply walking with it your body just triggers fat loss like crazy.

Please consider using Califa Farms organic Almond and Oat Milk. It doesn’t have the gums or fillers in it and is more readily assembled in stores. It has to be the one labeled “organic”.

Hi Myra, I appreciate all your videos. They’re so informative. I’ve been a diabetic for over 20 years and it has been a struggle for me. My age doesn’t help either. I’m 69 years old but I feel in the dumps. I have been inspired by your prepping your meals. Hopefully that will help me. I’m lazy and I don’t like to exercise. But it’s something a diabetic should do so hopefully I’ll get out of the hole that I fell into. I just feel like I have no motivation at all. I’ll keep looking at your videos. Hopefully I find some thing that talks more about diabetics. Have a great day because of you. I found nice noodles that I will share with my family. When I cook, it seems like my portions are always small, so my question is do you count calories, or what amount of net carbs do you try to stay under per day.? Your portion for the Chipotle bowl looks like a good amount, that’s what I want so I can feel full.

My issue with cauliflower rice is no matter how i make it there is always a slightly crunchy texture, which i cant stand because it makes me think of undercooked rice, i wish i knew how to fix that part so i would like it. 😣

Please share your idea of low carb. Is that less than 120 carbs per day (total or net?). When you lost 135 lbs., were you strict keto or low carb? I ask because I started the keto/low carb journey a couple months ago. So far lost about 20 lbs. I want to lose about 50 more lbs. I eyeball my carb count trying to stay under 25 net. I think now I must track macros to be more effective. Please provide some insight. I would love your thoughts on how beginners should approach the weight loss journey / new low carb lifestyle. I do intend to maintain the low carb lifestyle because I feel so much better (my reasons for turning to low carb are not solely weight loss). Should I be in keto mode for this weight loss time period then transition to low carb to maintain? Would love your advice/ feedback. Thanks so much! Love your channel.❤️

I know you aren't keto anymore, but I used to add frozen avocado to my protein smoothies. Taste is mild but it adds healthy fats that help you stay feeling full...

Ritual doesn't have an itemized list of ingredients and the amount of ingredients we are going to be taking. When it saids s probiotics it doesn't specify which bacterias or species. We would love to know thanks

Keto is keeping you carbs under 20 net carbs so your body goes into ketosis which means using fat as fuel and not glucose. Low carb is a widely used term. It just means cutting down your carbs but your still eating carbs.

Frankly, a bunch of crap I don't want to put in my body. Just like most packaged " keto/low carb" foods. One of the ingredients is maltrodextrin which has a higher glycemic index than sugar! so it spikes your your blood sugars/insulin more than sugar itself . Disappointing for sure.

Kelp noodles are my go to. I make evil sunamono, chow meins, Singapore style vermicelli...sooo good. Those konjac ones make me feel bloated and sick.

I used to watch her when I first did keto in 2019 and I remember when she introduced him then I stopped watching and came back again last month and noticed she's not wearing her engagement ring. He was too effing damn old for her. She needs to focus on herself and her daughter for now

I was skeptical for years about low carb. I finally woke up to reality. I gave up carbs and added sugar. I still eat vegetables and fruit. Went for a checkup and my blood sugar was perfect. My parents tell me that bacon and eggs is gonna clog my arteries. Meanwhile, they gouge on pasta, bread, pizza, cereal, and sometimes pie. Unreal. They still believe health tips from 50 years ago.

That ramen has 18g of fiber per serving, & of course they only tell you the net carbs rather than the total carbs...gotta love that low carb gimmick! Anyways, way too much fiber!
