Excited for you guys that you get to be in your next home soon! I love your cookbook and can't wait to make more salads and smoothies this summer. I'm 37w pregnant and havent felt very interested in those foods in a few months, but I know I will be when it gets hot and I'm on maternity leave!

Finding this I’m just like OMG you’ve been through everything that I am going through as well lol (in different ways of course) (I moved back in with my mom as well just me and baby though, planning on buying a home soon) and seeing you get through it all really motivates me! I didn't grow up eating Laughing Cow cheese but my kids did! Those crispbreads remind me of Ryvita in Australia (just Rye and salt) l grew up on those. Your Mums soup sounds delicious, never thought about putting Cinnamon in soup but lm definitely going to try this Moroccan inspired one. Your nieces are so cute. Thanks for sharing 👍

If you have a local or chain Korean market near you or Asian supermarket, they usually have fresh kimchi or ripened kimchi which is super good. The kimchi’s that you find in your conventional grocery stores are usually well-ripened or sour because they have been fermented longer.

Your iced coffee not being cold enough was so relatable. I literally use one ice cube tray full of ice in a big jar when I make iced lattes.

Enjoy every second of your daughter’s life- pretty soon you will be going to her high school graduation- that’s where I am - next week my baby graduates from high school and I’m sad and excited for him at the same time. I would love for my son to be Sage’s age again 💕💕💕

I tried adding collagen to my herbal coffees but it just clumped up and didn’t mix. What’s your secret to adding collagen to your coffee when you do?

I’m in New Zealand and I had laughing cow cheese as a kid and recently tried it again and it’s still just as good!! I feel like it’s the only snack food that I’ve seen in your videos that I’ve actually been able to find here 😆

I also grew up on laughing cow and my parents still get it whenever! I’ve seen my mom have those Wasa cracker things too. I grew up in a Polish household so tells you a lot!

you are the only health youtuber I have seen that shows a normal what I eat a day! its healthy food but like a actual realistic amount verses I eat an apple for lunch lunch and 3 almonds and kale and egg whites for dinner and I'm so full 🙄

I’m originally from Morocco and I did also grow up eating the laughing cow cheese , I think it’s a version of soft Swiss cheese 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes that cow cheese is something that I used to eat on my childhood too… my mom is portuguese too 😂😂😂 that soup look familiar with my mom soup too 😂😂😂 when I’m going to my mom house she loves spoil me with delicious food too ❤️❤️❤️ is so nice back to mom house isn’t it? I know the feeling… enjoy 😉

I honestly don't remember if I grew up on Laughing Cow, but I do remember having it a lot in college🤣 And I'd say my favorite thing I ate today was sprouted brown rice crisps cereal with a little bit of banana almond milk and freeze dried strawberries on top🍓😍

My favorite thing that I ate today was my egg and chicken sausage on multigrain bread breakfast sandwich because my boyfriend made it for me b4 I left for work and it was just helpful and sweet 🤗. But that soup looks AMAZING. So jealous lol

You are eating way too many times in one day. If you have not heard of intermittent fasting eating twice or three times per day, no snacks at all is the normal way to eat for humans. There is no need to eat so much in a day.

@@rawan_ahmad_ eating many times per day is not good for anyone as you keep your insulin levels up all day long and the insulin does not have a chance to go down. That creates disease. Our ancestors did not eat all day long and they also had and raised kids.
