I’m so so glad I’ve come across your channel (through Lucy’s channel) I’m a mom of a little boy who’s 11 months old, I’ve just joined slimming world I am a size 8/10 but have never been able to shift the weight I’ve always carried on my legs! (Even before my little one came along) turns out even though I’ve always trained at the gym 3/4 times a week my diet was terrible I practically ate next to nothing and thought I’d loose and keep my weight off that way! Although I knew myself I was starving!!! I’ve finally given on and joined slimming world! And the amount I’ve learn about food is ridiculous! Just getting into it I’ve only been there 1, week but the amount of nice food you can have and stick to makes you want to keep to it!! (I am vegetarian so has to make my protein up in meat replacements Quorn etc! And lots of vegetables! Thank you for this video! I look forward to watching all of your videos!! And I’ve 100% subscribed love love love your channel ❤️

I’ve just joined slimming world so I can lose weight for my wedding in November! I lost 5lbs in my first week and I am loving all the great food you can eat😊 can’t wait to see more videos xxx
