Turkey sausage

1b ground turkey
1 tsp of each: garlic powder and salt
1/2 tsp of each: paprika, sage, thyme, onion powder, black pepper and red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp allspice
1 tosp sugar free maple syrup
1/4 c blueberries (thaw if using frozen)
Combined turkey with seasoning. Wet your hands to make handling easier. Then gently add blueberries and maple syrup. Form into 8 patties and cook over medium heat about 3 minutes per side until cooked through.

2 cups kodiak pancake mix
1/2 c monk fruit
2 large eggs
1/3 c Greek yogurt 0%
1 c water
Zest if 1 lemon
6 tbsp oats
Berries of choice
Preheat oven to 375. Add all ingredients except the berries and let sit 5 minutes. Spray muffin pan with oil and add batter to muffin pan. Top each muffin with berries and optional pumpkin seeds. Bake for 17-20 minutes.
Lunch: sub in a tub
Make it your own way, but this is what I like:
Turkey deli meat
Turkey pepperoni 
Pepper Jack cheese
Kalamata olives
Lettuce
Salt, pepper, oregano
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Dinner:
Shrimp and corn boiled in crab boil seasoning. Red potatoes cooked in airfryer. Sprayed all with I can’t believe it’s not butter.
