Even though i went into this day with no plan, it turned out to be a really good day of eating! Found some new foods that I enjoy and did not go over my points! Overall, I never felt hungry and felt good with the day! Thanks for watching ! xoxo Amy

I just wanted to say thank you for your videos. Please keep them coming. I also have Celiac and really struggle with what to eat. I desperately need to loose weigh but I don't know where to start. I have a very hart time just sticking to the gluten free diet. I know that it is killing me but I am just lost. I feel so bad all the time. Thanks for the inspiration to hopefully start WW again. I just feel like GF is so high in points.

It is very overwhelming but it does get easier once you learn what you can eat. May I suggest you focus on eating gluten free first and then WW once you have mastered GF, it may take the pressure off. If you have not already, go back and watch my elimination diet videos. It is all about sticking to whole foods but it helps with cravings and hunger. If you can master eating more whole foods, it will greatly help your GF journey.
