I decided to give your chocolate oatmeal recipe a try this morning to see how I liked it and how it made me feel throughout my morning and all I have to say is WOW! First of all, it kept me full all morning long! Secondly, the addition of both raw cacao powder AND a tsp of coconut oil really helped with keeping my sweet tooth satisfied throughout the entire day and added that delicious creaminess you mentioned. i used to eat my oalmeals only with fruits and almond milk, and i never was satisfied, i always got hungry again really fast and even snacked afterwards!!! now i tried adding coconut oil, i thought it‘s just fat i don‘t need, but WOW i couldn‘t even finish my portion, i am SO MUCH FULLER
The chocolate oatmeal is amazing, the only thing I do if I don't have any almond or peanut butter is that I just put almonds and peanuts (just crush them into small pieces) and also for a sweetener I smash half of a banana and mix it with oatmeal and the other half just cut in small peaces and put in the top. It is amazing, and keeps me full all morning.

I love how practical these meals are. I don't like when recipes call for uncommon ingredients. Makes it a lot harder when I just want to throw something together. Nice job! 👍🏼

For more protein she mostly added some nuts butter, I can't tell which is good or bad for health cuz I've heard they aren't good for lose weight. How can I read nutrition facts, what is the most importance thing to choose? And also day allowance.
i really need to learn to serve different size portions for me and my husband. I need to lose weight and my husband does not - he definitely needs a lot more calories than me but i end up serving the same portions ..causing me to eat more than i need and him not enough..he always ends up going for unhealthy desserts after because i have realized the portions are not enough for him, and I KNOW my portions are way too much for me.

You can eat ALOT of green beans for that amount. I personally would rather use the calories for something to fill me up more. Once you add it with a meat, which is pretty high as well, and load on the veggies then you have a big chunk taken out from an individual's personal caloric goal.
Love these What I Eat in a Day videos. I am 5ft 3" currently 220lbs and its a necessity for me to lose weight. My calorie intake before dieting was 1700kcal to maintain, i am thinking to reduce my calroies to 1200kcal is that too drastic? and for salads, avocados are not currently in season in my country, what would you recommend as a substitute apart from olive oil?
