Hi Friends!👋🏻
I took a much needed, unannounced break from RU-vid last week. My mental health has not been in a fantastic place lately and sometimes, social media can make a bad situation worse. Thank you for sharing! I just started WW ... again ... and I love the fact that you don't have to become an accountant to keep track of your points! There are so many fewer numbers to record! Your daughter is darling! My grand-daughter looks to be close to the same age. How old is she?

I love the simplicity of the “points” system instead of tracking calories (laughing so hard at your accountant comment-SO true!🤣). And thank you so much! My daughter just turned 2 in April!🥰 I’m so glad you found me! I haven’t been as consistent with videos these last few weeks (end of school year for my boys was crazzyyyy) , but I will be back soon!☺️

That is my favorite drink from Starbucks ! I’m so glad I found your videos again rejoined now that they are going to change the plan. I have been doing low carb for the last month and a half and I’m finding it hard to make meals my husband and I both will eat.

Hello, sooooooo glad you're back! I love fiber gourmet pastas! Today I made pasta salad using the rotini. Was so excited last week when I found the blackened chicken. Okay…big mistake watching your videos at 11pm. I am doing intermittent fasting and I can’t eat past 8pm. 😩😩 So I think tomorrow’s dinner will be a parm bowl. And the iced brown sugar shaken is my favorite!!

Loved the video as always. Can’t wait till your next one. For your veggies and feeling bloated broccoli and cauliflower can be the culprits. Maybe switch your veggie choices up for a bit and see if it helps. I know watching your videos and how much you make getting your vegetables in a priority has helped me focus on doing the same 💕

You look so beautiful. I loved lash extensions but it was hard to sit in the chair for an hour every 2 weeks (they charge more the longer you go so it’s a wash). I developed an allergy to the glue so I couldn’t go anymore and had to go with my gross real lashes. Then I found Lashify & so far (1 year) I have been able to avoid allergies. They will only last a few days for me but you could avoid having to put lashes on every morning. I sometimes do mine at night just because I hate mornings. God bless.

Awww! They are out in full force this year! This is actually the second round of eggs this season (we’ve had 10 hatch in total🥰). Oh my gosh, the dog toots were killing me😂😂😂 My sweet boy is about 14 and any little strain results in a toot lol! Thank you so much!💕

I love love love shredded hash browns!!!! I bought the Trader Joe’s cheesy seasoning and was experimenting and it’s really good on the hash browns actually! When I make breakfast burritos I’ll add it to them :) also I bet Tostitos salsa con queso would amazing in that mixture! 😜

I switched from a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew to the Iced Brown Sugar Oat and love it! Saves me sooo many points, but it clocks in at 7 points for me and I added it manually using the nutrition deets from Starbucks too. Kinda jelly it clocks in at 6 points for you tho Lol! I’m in Canada so maybe makes a diff between the WW apps! :-)
