i was having a hard time getting myself to eat breakfast today, i really just wanted to skip it, but then seeing your video helped me go make myself some breakfast to eat with you :) EDIT: thank you everyone and leah for the comments! this is the first time anyone has actually told me that they're proud of me for choosing to eat. my parents care and worry about me but they treat me with such a tough love mentality that it honestly makes me want to continue restricting. anywho the point is i wrote this comment to let leah know that she was helping me and in return i got a bunch of replies that made me smile and feel less alone so thanks everyone.

I'm on my third ED RECOVERY week. And after 9 years of restriction I feel like I'm starving. I'm bul1m1ć, so binge eating's something I'm dealing with right now...You inspire me to get healthy and recover, food's something I deserve as happiness and mental health. I need to learn how to eat properly after years and years of suffering, wish me luck bestie, cause I really want to be as happy as possible.

One step at a time beautiful, I believe in you. If its too overwhelming too have to knock loads of rules down just do what feels more manageable and do what works for you.. Some days may feel easier than others but even in the mess you are making progress and you are going forward even if you can't always see it. You deserve to honour yourself, whether that be when you are hungry and craving a burger and fries or when you are nice and full and want a yummy desert (it's good for the soul 😉) . You deserve to experience fullness of life because I'm pretty sure you bring life to those around you. You are doing your best to cope and I appreciate your honesty you are so so brave. I'm cheering you on all the way whether it be a good or a really tough day (never forget you are tough). You're amazing and you're incredible because you are you and you are ultimately the blessing. Sending love and hugs to you and to anyone else who needs reminding. ❤️

i hope it goes well, remember there’s no recovery without slip ups so you have to get through the harder times to see the good in the end, but it’s totally worth it, food eventually becomes a happy thing that you look forward to and trying a lot of new foods or foods you haven’t had in a while is amazing

You can freeze the super ripe bananas and then blend them into smothies! They’re ten times sweeter! ❤️

I always have old bananas, and my hack is to wait until they're super dark and ripe and then put them in the freezer. If you let them defrost for about 30-60 minutes afterwards you can use them for banana bread or muffins!
