Watching your vids helps so much with dealing with ed/disordered eating recovery (esp. binge eating!) and you’re the only person I’ve found on here to focus mainly on intuitive eating! Thanks for putting these online and making such comforting videos! I feel so much less guilty when I eat what I want to eat after watching these 🥰💛

When you cook your eggs try pouring a little bit of water in the pan and put the lid on so that it can cook properly through steaming. It’s delicious, the yolk of the egg is cooked to perfection and the egg whites won’t burn😘 Love your videos! Happy birthday to your dad❣️

I can't imagine feeding my body such crap every single day yet being so confident about it. Bagels, croissants, cookies, nutella, doughtnuts...the list goes on. Goodness gracious the west really is hopeless when it comes to nutrition.
