Yes I can, my next video has more detail but I am still tracking and my calories have changed since my last video as I have coaches that set my targets x

Oh yes, didnt you mention that you'd got a new job? Is it good? Do you enjoy working from home and is it always at home or do you go in on odd days?

Yes I started my new job end of January and it’s 100% from home and yes I do enjoy it just a big change to what I used to do but I am in a good routine now x
