Have you ever tried a challenge of eating zero point foods for a few days? I did this in 2021 just ate protein, fruit & veggies and the weight fell off at 1lb daily

Amanda For your hair you can always braid it wet it and then add mousse…. Within a couple of hours it will be very beach wavy and a well defined wave / crimp…the braids can be coming out of a high ponytail or in 2 braid.. as much wave as you want… KAM

You would not believe this but the minute you see a hot spot starting put Gold Bond powder on it. Our Golden Retriever used to get them. Then I found that…and nipped them in the bud! It really works!

Our dog started at the end of summer scratching and scratching ooo my it was awful carried him to the vet he got a shot , shampoo and other meds and here he goes again with the itching .So miserable

Girlie have you ever tried just tracking your calories and macros? I know it may seem overwhelming but it’s very manageable once you do it a few times and not much different from WW tracking but more precise. Or maybe working with someone to figure out your macros for you and keep you on track/make a solid game plan? If you ever want to chat I’m here for ya ❤❤

Oh ya I have many times and it wasn’t really overwhelming for me actually and I’ve had a coach before also I was working with at one point that sold plans etc. I know what to eat and what to do it’s just a matter of just eating that and not over eating. That’s my issue is the food noise and over eating and the medicine is definitely helping with that now 💚

I used to use the paper liners in my air fryer until I found a silicone liner on Amazon that covers the entire bottom of the air fryer. You can buy different sizes and shapes to fit your air fryer.
