Hi Friends! I hope you are doing well! This week I decided to share what I eat on a weekly basis! Eating a healthy and balanced diet has always been my goal and I thought it would be fun to share some of the recipes and tips I have. I frequently shop at ALDI and Trader Joe's and you'll be able to tell from the products I use 😝 Recently I've been trying to add protein to my diet because traditional Chinese food is heavy on carbs. I hope this is helpful if you are looking for simple and healthy meal ideas :)
