Cam! 700k that's huge! Gosh I remember watching your channel so many years back. Your videos have gotten me thru so many hardships! Losing my dad, I remember just listening to your videos and your uplifting words. Filled me with so much hope and faith in God to get my thru and give me strength in my darkest times. And you continue to help me with the recent diagnosis of dementia for my mother. I put your videos on in the morning during my quiet time while I make my tea and just sit outside in the morning sun. All that to say thank you!!! As far as my favorite breakfast... I've been loving a bowl of fruit , yogurt, and add some walnuts for crunch. Have a great evening Cam!!!♡

I have been subscribed to you for years now, wish I commented more. Just wanted to tell you you are a blessing and that your newsletter especially encouraged me this week. The Lord has been showing me the beauty in the hardness of this season and he used you to echo it even more! Hard seasons don't have to look insufferable, they can be a time of beautiful trust and growth in the Lord. My favorite breakfast I actually just discoved today! It's blended oats! In a blender I put oats, collagen, milk, honey, baking powder, fold in fruit and bake at 400 for 20 mins. It was like eating cake for breakfast! 🤍

You have really started me on my journey to understanding gut health and what our bodies need to function properly. I'm looking at it from the post menopausal stage of life and hope to help other women in all stages of menopause. So thank you! Hi Cambria, I've been following you even before coming to US. Since 2015, I was still living in UAE. I'm so encouraged everytime I watch your video. I just started to really pay attention to my health when I came to NY last year. I'm more intentional this year not only for me, but for my husband as well. My current favorite breakfast is a bowl of greek yogurt with chia seeds, almonds, goji, and triberries (blue, red & black berries) and one boil egg.

I’m pregnant right now but allergic to chicken eggs /: everyone talks about how important choline is so I started eating duck eggs! I love your videos! Since I found you last year, I have watched your videos. You constantly inspire me to try new things to benefit my health and soul. Thank you for educating me on a lot of nutrition information that I didn't know before. My favorite breakfast is a savory zucchini waffle or hummus toast with goat cheese and arugula on top plus two organic eggs or an organic chicken sausage and cottage cheese pancakes with nut butter and homemade berries jam.

I was once diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few years ago and my dr was so quick to start me on medication. I am not one just to quickly take medications. I told him I would do my research which I did. I ended up changing my nutrition and he checked my levels a month later and was shocked my levels were back to normal. He said he’s never seen that before. I’ve learned so much more from watching your videos and I feel great. My go to breakfast at the time is eggs with a bowl of Greek yogurt topped with fruit and a drizzle of organic maple syrup. I’d love to try the just thrive pre and probiotics plus those books!! Awesome giveaway!!! Thanks again for another great video. I learn something new each time.

Hi Cambria, I almost cried at the end when you started talking about when you only had a couple hundred subscribers. I remember finding your channel when I was 22 and I am 29 now. Time flies! Thank you for all the videos you make, they have always brought me so much comfort and joy. My favorite breakfast recipe right now is oatmeal, bananas, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. I have also been starting my day with LMNT in my water and that has really helped my mood and focus.

Hi Cambria, I heard somewhere that if you put a damp paper towel next to the onions while cutting them it won’t irritate your eyes. It’s some chemical thing about the acid in the onions that are attracted to water source. Look it up. I’ve try it and it works for me. Have a great day girl!

My go to breakfast is a sweet potato breakfast bowl. I add roasted sweet potatoes, eggs, tomatoes, kale or spinach, onions, pepper, and either feta or parmesean reggiano cheese. Salt and pepper and Sriracha on top!

I’m a functional dietitian :) when you get preggo, make sure to get your thyroid panel run again in first trimester & even again in second! I’ve teetered with borderline hypothyroidism for a few years, but was always able to get it back into functional ranges. Pregnancy threw me over the edge though and I’m on a low dose medication for now! Hoping to get off late post partum. Anyway, love your content :) just thought I’d share!

Hi Cambria! I love your videos! they have helped me so much over the years. I have hypothyroidism as well so I always come to your videos for meal suggestions and nutrition tips! I’m actually really bad at eating breakfast and I’m trying to make more of an effort not to skip it. However, my favorite breakfast is a yogurt bowl with fruit, honey and granola. I keep meaning to try the bee pollen! I’m planning on trying your hydration drink recipe as well! 😊 Awesome video! Now I have a lot more to add to my list when I go to Costco!

My fav breakfast lately has been avocado toast topped with blistered cherry tomatoes cooked in olive oil & like 5 minced garlic cloves, salt & pepper & raw onion. It is to die for. Would be bomb with drizzle of olive oil & some fresh lemon juice 🤤🤤🤤🤤

For breakfast I’ve been loving a big smoothie with tart cherrys, a big handful of mixed greens, equip protein powder 2 Brazil nuts for selenium and amla powder for the best source of vitamin c 🤍 so yummy and my toddler drinks it with me! Have to hide all those goodies somehow😆 Always love your grocery hauls and recipes!

My go to favorite breakfast lately has been oatmeal with almond milk, and a tad bit of maple syrup (sometimes on its own, or sometimes…) with a spoonful of almond butter, and a choice of fruit on top (usually strawberries or blueberries) ☺️ Love your videos! 😊❤️ They inspire me a tun!

My all time favorite breakfast is a Dutch baby pancake. I love it because it uses up a lot of eggs that our chickens are laying right now. I’s more simple to make then scrambled eggs! You just put it in the oven and it’s done. My toddler loves it and hates eggs. I top it with fresh fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup💗

My favourite breakfast recently has been english muffin, avocado, ajvar spread and chilli tuna. To change it up sometimes I'll replace the chilli tuna with an egg and some danish feta. I'm honestly in love with the ajvar-avocado combination. It is soooo good!!

My go-to breakfast is a smoothie. I try to change it up, but lately I’ve been loving adding sweet cherries to it! This week it’s been half a banana, sweet cherries, peppermint protein powder, ground flaxseed and some cacao coconut butter. When I have a little more time, I like to cook up some amylu chicken sausage, pair it with a canyon bagel (thank you for introducing me to canyon btw!) with avocado and tomatoes and then organic raspberries on the side. If I have some balsamic vinegar, I’ll drizzle it on the bagel and it is chef’s kiss 🤌🏼

I also wanted to share that your innher strength workouts have been such a blessing! My dad started doing them with me when I went home from college during covid. Now many years later he FaceTimes me and we still do them together! It has been such a great way to keep up both active and also stay in touch throughout our busy lives. I always ask him which one he wants to do and he always says any of them except the one with burpees😂

Lately I’ve been making tofu scramble with a bunch of sautéed greens and veggies, garlic, turmeric, herbs. I add to a GF Trader Joe’s quinoa tortilla I toast up in my cast iron skillet. I add fresh avocado as a base, a little hot sauce & also add sauerkraut & chicken sausage depending on the day. I crave this breakfast.

My go to breakfast is homemade sourdough with eggs+egg whites, feta crumbles cooked in, turkey bacon on the side and avocado!! I also have a second breakfast for my snack with organic Greek yogurt, maple syrup and organic blueberries! My go-to drink in the morning is a double shot espresso latte with almond milk, but London fogs are so good too 😭💞

I have been doing chia, organic oats, yogurt, nuts and fruit overnight! Love it because I got my bee pollen and add that to top!!! Every at work is asking about the Bee pollen! Love ya❤

Hi Cambria! 😚 My go to breakfast at the moment is a turkey sausage and cheese english muffin and a side of fresh fruit been LOVING oranges this winter! I also love a good coffee but I'm a V8 juice lover, I know not everybody's cup of tea but I absolutely love vegetable juice! Always go with low sodium and I add cracked black pepper on top! Growing strong is still in my favorite top 5 books! Been dying to get a copy of Milk and Honey can just picture being cozy and doing my morning devotional with you! Thanks for another great video! This video got me through my morning workout💕 My favorite breakfast right now is actually inspired by you and trying to get more protein. Been loving an egg over easy on homemade sourdough toast and a yogurt bowl with granola and blue berries! Now I just need to get some bee pollen to top it off.

My go to breakfast is avocado toast on homemade sourdough bread and topped with cherry tomatoes and balsamic glaze! It has been a go to for a good savory breakfast! This video was also so helpful I am going to try LMNT!🤍🫶🏼

My go to breakfast recently has been overnight oats!! I am on a similar journey trying to make sure i eat enough protein in the day and it's been super helpful making overnight oats the night before and adding protein powder, collagen and greek yogurt to ensure i start the day with plenty of protein :)

My favorite breakfast is an açaí bowl I added coconut flake, strawberries, and bananas, with cocoa nips. I am so happy I truly feel a difference since I am doing you hydrating drink the aloe Vera is making my skin so glowing. I am 57 yrs, young. And, it’s a struggle . I know you videos is mostly for younger people, but you truly have help improved my over all. God bless you. God is good. Praying for you and family.

Weekday breakfasts are a homemade, hemp protein shake & weekends are 2 pasture-raised fried eggs(w/tons of medicinal herbs & nutritional yeast), slice of fried prosciutto & a slice of sprouted grains buttered toast🩵 Thx for the great encouragement--Blessings!🙏🏻❤️

❤My favorite breakfast is an egg white on a thin bagel with turkey sausage and jalapeño cream cheese, I've recently been putting mixed berry cream cheese on my top bagel. It is quick and easy breakfast 😊. Great video, going to Costco Thursday, thanks for the haul.

My health goal for this year is to regulate my blood sugar and I’ve found that this breakfast is really helpful with that (would love to hear your feedback too lol): I bake sweet potatoes and yams on a sheet pan and have that with two eggs, sauerkraut, avocado, feta cheese and chicken sausage. And prior to eating I’ll have some apple cider vinegar. Super yummy! 😋

My favorite breakfast has been scrambled eggs cooked in ghee, organic breakfast sausage and some Greek yogurt with blackberries. I’ve been feeling a bit defeated with my health journey lately so keeping it simple has helped with making sure im eating well even if im feeling down 💗

The sea seasoning kelp granules are amazing for iodine too! I add them to my dinner every night, tasteless, 1tsp has over 1,000% of your DV of iodine. And only a few dollars on thrive. You have to try!! ❤❤❤ love you girl

My favorite breakfast at the moment is a crispy feta egg on sourdough with honey🤤 It's so good and so easy! I'm not a spice girl but I add a couple of red pepper flakes on top too as like a "homemade hot honey". Lobe watching your grocery hauls btw, I could listen to you talk about health/ food all day❤️

Cambria you are a JOY! We have been loving smoothies over here. Our go to this week is banana, orange, raw honey, frozen mango, a raw carrot, collagen, siggis df cinnamon vanilla, a chunk of ginger and turmeric. We make a big batch and drink on the way to work:)
