I feel you on the heat dude. I’ve deployed overseas twice throughout my powerlifting career and both times I was fortunate enough to be able to keep training but the heat was insane, whether the gym was indoors or outdoors. Indoor as it was a steady hundred degrees with some fans blowing but outdoors you were at the mercy of the weather, we had a sunshade but other than that if you wanted to do anything with the barbell you would have to come in a couple hours prior to put a wet towel down over the bar to keep the temperatures down otherwise you weren’t lifting shit. I think you should do the strongman comp. Be great publicity for yourself and the sport. Im sure your coach(es) can figure out a plan of attack to accommodate both. Also, whats the brand on those red lifting shoes?
Would be amazing to see you next to the big strongman! But I guess most important is to do well in a powerlifting meet! Cant wait to see you compete! Best of luck!
Nawh the actual work your putting into RU-vid is crazy love the work! I remember watching your old sumo tutorials where you did a live breakdown without any preparation beforehand content glo up is crazy
Sometime's the devil is disguised as an angel, Jamal. FOCUS on on your personal goals and keep building. More opportunities will come in the future, brother! Peace
You think u can give me those pointers u gave ifbaftermath on bench im tryna increase my bench from 315 for 2 reps an go hard on my deadlift if u don’t mind thanks
3 weeks out they call you? That's just mad. You'll not be pulling sumo, and you won't have time for figuring out the suit. I'll make this a no if I was you, and tell them exactly why also. Tell them you'd love to do the next one.
MDR would also have to specify to the people that you dope since a moment already would have to stop taking the people for idiots by making believe that you are all beautiful all nice and natty
