Cauliflower/cucumber salad:
Chop cauliflower, cucumbers, radishes, green onions and dill. Dress with pressed garlic, mayo/sour cream and salt and pepper. Mix together and serve immediately.
MANTI:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion
1 package wonton wraps
Shred/chop onion. Add ground beef and mix together.
Add salt and pepper.
Wet wonton wrap corners. Place 1 tsp of filling into the center of each wrap. Pinch opposite sides together. Then bring the other two together and pinch. If the dough is not staying together, add more water.
Steam the dumplings on medium heat for 45-60 minutes.
Serve with some butter and sour cream.
CABBAGE & CARROT SLAW-
Shred carrot and cabbage into a bowl.
Add oil, vinegar, minced garlic and salt and pepper. Mix and store in the fridge until dinner time.
