I am another Montanan with an interest in the Philippines. I have been married to a Filipino for almost 15 years. Marrying her was one of the most positive things I have done in life. We built a vacation home in the Philippines in 2016 and spend about 5 weeks a year there. One time we spent a year there. Wonderful islands. Wonderful people. same here.........ROUNDUP/BILLINGS here. Im going to end up marrying a Pinay, or Laotian i swear. A RARE FEW ARYAN/AMERYANS are great, but it's slim pickinz overall. Too many obese loud-mouthed entitled feminazis to choose from who'd wake up one day and say "impulsive control FAILURE! I want a divorce!!!" lol. not worth the effort/energy/time. PERIOD. I'll definitely chance it with an Asian/overseas female who usually possesses an attractive personality, body, face, and ATTITUDE along with being what men truely want-HONESTY/LOYALTY! Omg I know this guy! When he said he was from Montana and then he used to do tours and immigration paperwork it all came back to me. I went over to the Philippines and I met a girl at a restaurant when I was with a man that was my private Filipino driver who I met through this old man. My driver had business cards that read "Special Services" lol. Anyway, it turns out after I ended up giving the girl an engagement ring. This man in your video somehow found out that she was living with some Filipino boyfriend so she wasn't truly single. He went to where she was living and got my ring back for me. This is a very stand up guy. He's really honest. I don't know anybody else who would have done that and I don't know if he even remembers my story. Anyway, I did find a nice Filipina who I've been married to for 20 years now. I never thought I'd see or hear from this guy again until I saw your video. Back then when I met him in the Philippines, I think he had some kind of cancer diagnosis / treatment if I recall correctly. I'm not sure what happened with that but it sure is interesting to see him again on your video. If any Foreigner knows the ins and outs of the Philippines it's this man,,,. no doubt about it! And yes, it was Cebu where I met him which is apparently where he still resides. When I visit the Philippines again I'm going to pop in his office above Ayala Mall.

@@Livingabroadalex Well it his case its pretty much "No s**t, Sherlock?" Greatest common denominator and all that. I mean one, two, three might just be bad luck. Seven is definitely YOU. I'm just glad to see it regardless, because the TRUTH is, successful men have good things to say about Filipinas and men who failed have bad things to say about Filipinas. No one ever really takes the psychological components into consideration. How often do you hear some guy blaming some Filipina for running off on him after she got the green card, when maybe he was an a-hole to her and she was just smart enough to stick around long enough to get it before she bailed? There are guys that dont understand their market. They outkick their coverage and then wonder why she took advantage of him.

It's dead easy to fix, they just need to allow competition and with the high population density that place would be a goldmine for any telco but it ain't going to happen because the politicians have stakes in the telcos already established so they aren't going to allow it. Wouldn't be such a big deal if they upgraded the present infrastructure but they are too cheap to do it.

One thing I learned very quickly, with little bit of money, you can get the honey. Sad reality, coz of poverty and lack of opportunities. It is what it is! Why do you think all us old , fat, dale men come here? Surely not the beaches? ☺️ but I must say, people are wonderful, and girls are beautiful, what a country ❤

Yes but women of all nations and nationalities want security. Even in the animal kingdom, like gorillas or birds. The female gorilla or bird will go for the male that can give security, any time. 😀

Why not the beaches? Philippines has fantastic beaches. And the weather is perfect during the dry season. Sure beats Canada and Europe during the winter months.

Crazy story, We have PLDT in Grand Land Residents, It Rocks, It must be bad line in his condo, I’m from Wyoming right next to Montana his home state in USA, Both state’s very Conservative, That’s really America if you live mid west, Big City very liberal, Liberated women, purple hair, rings everywhere, Girl on Girl, Trans that whole crazy movement. Totally can relate, As far as other expats lol, Only when we in Cebu meet a few here and there, Depends where there from but most don’t get along lol with each other, Totally Filipino-most the time, Good Vid, God Bless Salutes🫡🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭

This may surprise some people, but I think the healthcare quality in Manila is just as good as the U.S. I have heart problems and the care I've received here is much better than the U.S. Fact. The healthcare in the provinces is not good. But Manila? Very good.

Don't drop Medicare part B if you move Philippines a couple moved back to states for better medical care he had drop part B 13 yrs ago know he pay 300 on wife only price double for 2 VA take care of him so he only pay on wife out of social security imagine if he was not a vet $ 600 out of social security for part B my opinion sure it somewhat cheaper but it not better health care unless your in a big city then it just as good. over 65 insurance to expensive there or you cant buy it at all with pre condition

Having just Globe and PLDT will not improve the situation. The corrupt business men (aided by more corruption in Malacanang) can just sit on their assess and do nothing because there are no other competition. When he talked about corruption; the very slow internet and the inefficient phone systems are the results. And the ultimate victims are the Filipinos and the foreigners. We know because we are Filipinos that now live in the USA.
