Thanks for sharing. I was institutionalized for 3 days myself for PTSD but they didn’t know about PTSD back then so they never diagnosed it. Another therapist back then diagnosed me with bipolar as well, which I am definitely not. It was in 1997 or 98. I just had unresolved trauma I needed to work through, and wouldn’t you know… I’m even keel all day every day. No bipolar here either. Sending you a lot of love, sister!
