The T.R. biography is chunky! It's one I'd like to get to. I have not read anything by H.W. Brands. How are you finding his writing style? You did say you thought this biography was very thorough, but how is the readability (ease of reading vs too academic if that makes sense)?
Wow, The Story if Britain sounds like it covers a lot of ground! Sounds very informative. That Teddy Roosevelt biography does look like a brick! I think his life was fascinating, too. Have you read Rover of Doubt? Enjoy your books this week!
The ones that I have used the most, and find the best for application and protection are the Brodart Fold-On Book Jack Covers - Center Fold and I just get them on Amazon in a 50 pack. They aren't too expensive, and the are really easy to install!
I'm new to history books, and I've bought all these three books that you recommended. Could you please make a video about the best books of American History? Thanks bruh
You've got some good books there. I recently finished Abigail Adams by Woody Holton. It was really good. Now I've got to get through a book on Palestine that's hard to follow, and a long one on the Puritans. I'm not sure I'll get through them this month.
