Don't ever stop Helen, my neighbor back home made it to 104, and she gardened every day year after year, she never stopped moving until the end. She was a strong person just as you are. The more you do and keep doing the more you can do. May God bless and keep you, love ya.

You are like my Great Grandmother. She used what she had and lived by herself till she passed away. She was made of steel. Always used cast iron skillets and cooked on a wood stove. I miss her so much♥

Helen, HELEN....what we gonna do with you?!?!? I was holding my breath and praying while you moved those heavy panels....so afraid you would fall. I, too, was trying to beam myself right by your side to help carry that heavy load. I can just see Danny and Steven shaking their heads at what you accomplished on your own. The pen does look really nice and I know you are so excited about the little chicks. Drink lots of water and stop every now and again for a rest when you do another big chore. Hey miss Helen you should have got your lawn mower and hooked it up to your lawn mower those big old fences or what those things that you drug out the woods and you should always use your lawn mower to pull things you don't never need to be out there pulling that by yourself get your lawn mower and and let it be a tractor that can pull something for you

I always wear long sleeves doing yard work because our skin is so tender and even scratches can make bruises and get infected. Be sure to keep up with tetanus shot, too. You go, girl.

I bet I know why Miss Helen did this video in the edited version because if she had done this live Steven, Danny, or John would have come over to help her, she really just wanted to do it herself to prove she could. I would have done the same thing, sometimes I take on more than I should and I see that in Miss Helen too. But it keep our bodies and brain working.
